【摘要】 随着我国城市化的快速发展,许多城市都面临着土地资源紧缺、交通状况拥挤、能源消耗加剧等一系列问题。如何在城市资源有限的情况下,在城市社会经济健康平稳发展的基础上,使城市的开发模式向集约化、高效化、多元化发展是城市可持续建设的关键所在。目前,我国城市功能中心和交通枢纽集约化程度不高,城市功能的分散导致了大量通勤的产生,交通设施的分散造成了资源的严重浪费。所以整合相关功能和资源,提高土地利用、改善城市交通出行环境、提升交通运行效率是亟待解决的问题。本文运用系统的研究方法与理论,着力于城市综合体交通与城市交通整合的相关设计原则和设计手法,利用城市综合体来拓展城市空间,整合相关交通功能与设施,寻求城市综合体、城市、交通三者的最佳契合,实现城市土地资源集约化、高效化的、多元化开发利用以及交通资源的共享。通过城市综合体交通与城市交通的整合,使城市空间与城市综合体空间相互渗透,不仅缓解了城市综合体所在区域的交通压力,提高了城市综合体的利用效率,改善了城市空间环境,同时达到节约土地资源的目的,促进城市的发展模式由粗放式向集约式转变。城市综合体交通与城市交通的整合设计研究通过三部分展开研究。第一部分为相关概念与理论综述。第二部分为交通整合存在的问题以及需要实现的目标。第三部分为本文研究的重点,此部分研究了城市综合体交通与城市交通设施整合设计的方法,两者的整合是通过城市交通设施的引入以及交通空间的融合实现,不同的交通工具在与城市综合体交通衔接时显示出了不同的整合方式和特点,并通过案例分析加以佐证。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of urbanization, many cities in China are face problems of land resources scarcity, traffic congestion and energy consumption exacerbate,etc. How to make the urban development model to an intensive, efficient, diversification in the case of limited resources and the social economy healthy and stable development is the key to urban sustainable construction. At present, our country lack of intensive multi-functional center and intensive transportation hub, the dispersion of traffic facility not only waste the resources but also reduce the overall operational efficiency of public transport. Thus, it is urgent to integrate the functions and resources, improve land use efficiency, urban traffic travel environment and traffic efficiency.This paper uses systematic research methods and theories, focus on design principles and techniques of urban complex transportation and urban transportation, using the urban complex to expand the urban space, integrating related traffic functions and facilities, seeking the best fix point of combination of urban complex、 urban and traffic system, achieving of urban land resources intensive, efficient, diversified development and utilization as well as the sharing of transport resources. With the integration of urban complex transportation and urban transportation let the urban space and urban complex spatial interpenetration, not only easing traffic pressure of the urban complex area, improving the utilization efficiency of the urban complex and the urban space environment, but also conserving land resources, promoting the city’s development model from extensive to intensive changes.This paper is divided into three parts altogether. The first part mainly about related concepts and Theory. The second part mainly about the integration problems of traffic and the target to achieve. The third part mainly about the emphasis of this paper, study the methods of urban complex transportation and urban transport facilities integrated design, both integration is through the introduction of urban transport facilities as well as transportation to achieve the integration of space. When the traffic modes are different, they demonstrate the different integration types and features, also be corroborated by case analysis.更多还原
