【摘要】 足球是一项团体运动,要想在激烈的竞争中取得比赛的胜利,除了个人技能的发挥,需要团队队员亲密无间、共同密切配合,发挥团队的综合整体实力。而凝聚力无疑能大大提升足球团队的作战能力,让团队正常或者超常发挥。凝聚力强的足球团队,成员互相信任、互相支持,具有高昂的斗志,能让足球团队发挥出最理想的竞技水平。凝聚力成为足球团队发展重要的因素之一。我国的学者也在研究足球团队凝聚力的问题,但对问题的研究只是用传统的方法,从影响因素或者产生的结果去分析。凝聚力作为一种精神力量,究竟应该是什么?在足球团队里面,成员是如何看待凝聚力?他们用文字来描述的凝聚力和他们内心深处对凝聚力最真实的想法是一样吗?也只有弄清楚他们内心真实的想法,才能有针对性的去进行足球团队凝聚力方面的建设。本研究希望能从足球团队凝聚力的认知出发,通过分析、了解相关人员对足球团队凝聚力的认知,获得他们对足球团队凝聚力深层的意义,能为足球团队凝聚力的建设提出建议。本研究将应用于消费者研究的调查方法—ZMET技术,应用于足球团队凝聚力心智模型的研究上,弥补一般研究无法深入研究的缺憾,通过对10位被访谈者,根据图像的视觉隐喻,挖掘出他们内心深处对足球团队凝聚力最真实的想法,在分析解读个人心智地图的基础上,构建出他们对足球团队凝聚力的共识地图。研究发现,10位被访谈者对足球团队凝聚力的最终认识可以归结为：“成功”、“成就感”、“实现价值”、“肯定”、“希望”五个构念,成为影响对足球团队凝聚力看法的主要因素。这一研究结果对于如何加强足球团队凝聚力的建设提供了一些理论依据。本研究最后围绕最终价值,结合共识地图中的构念从足球团队目标设定、领导、沟通、内外环境、成果共享等方面提出足球团队凝聚力建设的建议,供足球团队相关人员参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Football is a team sport. A team wants to win victory in the fierce competition environment, it needs more players’intimacy and common cooperate closely than personal skills, and plays to a team’s comprehensive overall strength. So, the cohesiveness of a football team, undoubtedly, can greatly improve the fighting ability, and make the team play normally or super normally. In the stronger cohesiveness football team, players trust and support each other, hold high morale, which can let football team play to the most ideal competitive level. Cohesiveness is one of the important factors of a football team development. Many Chinese scholars are studying, only by the traditional method, the cohesiveness of football teams from the influence factors and the results that the cohesiveness stirs up. Cohesiveness is a kind of spiritual strength. What should it be? How to treat the cohesiveness in a football team? Is the cohesiveness described with words same as the players’ understanding inside? Only making their inner real ideas clear, we can be targeted to construct the football team cohesiveness. The aim of this study is to, through the analysis and understanding of relevant personnel cohesiveness cognitive, get deep meaning of their football team cohesiveness, and offer some proposals on the construction of the cohesiveness.This study used ZMET technology (a consumer survey method), and combined with mental model of football team cohesiveness, made up for the deficiency of the current research. According to the image metaphor of10interviewees, we dig out the most real ideas of football team cohesiveness, unscrambled individual mental map, and constructed the consensus map of their football team cohesiveness.We found five main factors (such as successful, sense of achievement, realizing value, social affirmation and hope) that affected the cohesiveness view of football team, which10interviewees confirmed. The results also gave us some theoretical supports how to strengthen the construction of the football team cohesiveness.Finally, this study suggested football team must construct the cohesiveness of football team from four aspects, goal setting, leadership, communication, internal and external environment, and sharing of results and so on.更多还原
