基于Ansoft的Y系感应型驱动线圈优化设计

【摘要】 电磁推进装置是利用磁场与电流之间的电磁力驱动抛体,最终把抛体加速到一定速度并抛射出去的一类电磁装置。电磁推进装置的优点有很多,像抛体电枢初速度比较高、驱动抛体电枢质量范围较大、能源清洁简易、具有较高的操控性多样性等,使其在未来的军事工业、交通与航天、科学研究、民用工业等各相关领域有着较为广泛的应用潜力。本文在分析目前高温超导带材的发展现状的基础上,提出将YBCO高温超导带材应用于感应型电磁推进系统的设计工作。应用Ansoft电磁场有限元仿真软件,对简单电磁推进系统进行了瞬态仿真。应用软件仿真分析了驱动线圈主要可变结构参数以及抛体电枢的触发位置对驱动性能的影响,并且提出了一种应用软件快速确定YBCO高温超导磁体的临界电流密度的方法,在此基础之上提出了一种YBCO感应型驱动线圈的优化方法。考虑到YBCO高温超导带材价格比较高,并且需要较高的制冷成本,因此在绕制线圈的带材长度一定的情况下如何使驱动效果最佳成为一个有意义的问题。本论文通过应用有限元仿真软件Ansoft提出了一种阶段性优化方法,并应用此方法实例设计了一驱动线圈,最后通过绕制常导线圈并进行电磁推进实验验证了优化方法的有效性,为以后的电磁推进系统的设计工作提供了一定的参考。
【Abstract】 Electromagnetic launch, sometimes called electromagnetic propulsion, is suggested as that uses electromagnetic force to propel or drive objects according the interaction between magnetic field and current. The launch goal is to accelerate objects to high speed or hypervelocity. Electromagnetic launch has such advantages as no launch mass limit, high muzzle velocity, and simplified energy source, higher launch efficiency, and good working performance, easily controllable and large variety of launch structure. The most promising application for electromagnetic launch is used by the military weapons, scientific research, spaceflight and transportation, and civil industry has extensive application potential.This paper analyzed the development status of High Temperature Superconducting (HTS) tapes and proposed applying YBCO HTS tapes in design of induction electromagnetic propulsion system. By using Ansoft, a widely used electromagnetic finite element simulation software, a simple electromagnetic propulsion system was simulated. The influence of the driving coil structure parameters and the projectile discharge position on driving performance was analyzed. A fast way to determine the critical current density of YBCO HTS magnetic by using simulation software was discussed as well. On this basis, optimization of YBCO induction driving coil was proposed. Due to the high price of YBCO HTS tapes and cooling cost, optimizing the driving performance under the circumstance of certain length HTS tapes become a significant problem. This paper proposed a stage optimization method by using Ansoft and designed a driving coil based on this method. An electromagnetic propulsion experiment which using normal conducting coil was carried out to verify the validity of this optimization method.
