基于ClearQuest故障流程控制系统设计与实现

【摘要】 在科技高速发展的今天，各行各业对软件开发的要求不断提高，因而软件故障量激增、故障频率加快，开发人员迅速解决问题的压力也随之加大；此时，处理错误所需要的成本也不断增加，而且这种增加是指数性质的，与此同时，也需要更多的开发人员参与此项工作，具备这样的条件才可能满足不断扩大的软件开发。我们还需要认识到，高效地跟踪并合理地处理一些故障，满足这些故障请求，是软件开发能够实现开发目标的重要保障。开发软件的每一个阶段都不可避免地会出现故障。在实际的开发工作中，我们可能遇到的故障大致可以分为两类，具体描述为对软件开发环节中的组成部分，如程序（progress code）、文档设计、相关模型等；第二类就是和相关软件驱动（software drive)工件的故障情况，譬如一些更新后的新功能。我们处理这种故障请求的时候，就会从相应驱动中获得。本论文设计开发了基于ClearQuest的故障流程控制系统，对原来广州、北京两地的故障控制流程进行了彻底的分析，对流程的差异进行了统一，提出了新的故障控制流程，同时在系统中实现了EMAIL通知，权限控制等功能；为了能与公司北方研究院、西南研究院的CQ流程进行交互以及沟通故障信息，开发了CQ Proxy代理程序模块；另外，本文还应用软件度量理论和统计分析理论对故障数据进行分析和处理，了解过程目前的状态，评估过程所能达到的质量指标并进行改进，对项目整体发展状况，提供宏观及定量的分析与统计信息，生成多种统计分析图表和项目状态报告，为以后的研发提供度量分析。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the high development of modern society, the requirement to the softwaredevelopment are higher and higher, so many and fast changes force the developersunder the pressure that they must solve the problems in time, on the other hand, alongwith the extending of development size, the cost of dealing bugs is increasingexponentially. In this condition, whether we can track and manage the change is the keyof the success of software development.To manage the changes, this thesis design and implement ClearQuest uniformchange flow system, drastically analyze the old change flow of ShenZhen and NanJing,unify the differences of the old system and bring forward new uniform change flowsystem, at the same time, complete the functions of mail information and authoritycontrol; To access the CQ flow systems of the company’s central research academe andChengDu research academe, this thesis develop the module of CQ Proxy; in additionbasing software measurement theory and statistical analysis theory the thesis analyzeand manage the changes to get the status of the process, evaluate the quality target ofthe process and improve it, provide the macroscopical and mensurable analysis andstatistical information to the whole status of the project, build many kinds ofmensurable analysis charts and reports of project, provide measurement analysis tointending development.更多还原
