媒介审判现象研究

【摘要】 新闻提前对案件进行报道，超越法律的规定，干预、影响审判的现象称之为媒介审判。作为党和国家的喉舌媒体应该积极的发挥其舆论引导作用，但是媒体一些案件新闻中报道不当，出现了媒介审判现象，造成媒体的公信力下降。如何更合理的对案件案件新闻进行报道，发挥舆论的监督作用，体现司法的公正性已经成为一个现实的热点问题。本文力图剖析媒介审判存在的危害性，并对媒介审判的规避提出一些务实有效的解决方法，希望能够唤起媒体的自我审视，有利于新闻工作者更好的报道。更多还原

【Abstract】 News ahead of the cases were reported, beyond the provisions of the law,intervention, effect of trial phenomenon called the medium trial. As the party and thecountry ’s mouthpiece media should play its positive role in guiding public opinion, butthe number of cases reported in the news media of improper, appeared "media trial"phenomenon, cause media credibility decline. To a more reasonable on the case newsreports, public opinion supervision, judicial justice has become one of the hot issues inreality.This paper tries to analyze the medium trial the harm sex of existence, and themedium trial to avoid some practical and effective solutions, hoping to arouse mediaself-censorship, for journalists reported better.更多还原
