火电厂主蒸汽温度控制策略的研究

【摘要】 随着经济的快速发展,工业和居民用电量都在随着上升,为了满足供电的需求,火力发电锅炉正向着大参数、大容量、高效率方向发展。主蒸汽温度是锅炉运行质量的重要指标之一,是其安全生产和经济性的重要保证。由于主蒸汽温度存在着非线性、参数不确定、大滞后和大惯性的特性,现在应用的传统PID控制由于本身的一些不足己无法适应越来越高的控制要求,采用智能控制是目前可行性较高的方法之一。本文介绍了在干扰下主蒸汽温度的动态特性,分析了传统PID在主蒸汽温度控制中的优缺点。针对串级主蒸汽温度模型,先采用PI控制作为内回路控制器,将改进的混合模糊PID作为外回路控制器,通过MATLAB仿真证明改进的混合模糊PID有更好的控制品质。接下来文中采用P控制器作为内回路控制器,按随动系统整定系统参数,可以将内回路等效为一个环节,与外回路一起构成广义被控对象。采用分别加入了滞后削弱器和Smith环节的改进的模糊PID进行控制,通过Matlab仿真,表明对于被控对象的大滞后、大惯性的特点,改进模糊PID控制系统比传统PID控制具有更好的实时性、鲁棒性,具有一定的实践和研究价值。本文最后实验进行了总结,并对模糊控制的应用进行了展望。

【Abstract】 With the raPID development of economic, industrial and residential electricityconsumption increased, thermal power generating units towards the development oflarge parameter, high-capacity, high-efficiency in order to meet the demand for powersupply of thermal power. The main steam temperature is an important indicator of thequality of the boiler operation.It is an important guarantee for safe production andeconomy of the boiler operation. Main steam temperature there is non-linear,parameter uncertainty, large hysteresis and inertia characteristics. The application oftraditional PID control due to some deficiencies has been unable to adapt to theincreasingly high control requirements, The use of intelligent control is the mostfeasible method.This article describes the main steam temperature at the interference of the dynamiccharacteristics of the traditional PID control in the main steam temperature ofadvantages and disadvantages. For the main steam temperature cascade model, firstusing PI control as the inner loop controller, the improved fuzzy PID controller as theouter loop, through MATLAB simulation demonstrate improved fuzzy PID havebetter quality control. Next, the text used as the inner loop controller P controller,servo system tuning by the system parameters can be equivalent to a part of the innerloop, and the outer loop together constitute the generalized controlled object. Wereadded using a lag disrupters and Smith link Improved Fuzzy PID control, throughMatlab simulation indicates that for the controlled object large delay, inertiacharacteristics, improved fuzzy PID control system than the traditional PID controlhas better real-time, robustness, with some practice and research value. Finally,experiments are summarized, and the application of fuzzy control were discussed.
