【摘要】 近十年来,国家出台了各种各样的政策来发展和重视职业教育,如减免农村学生和城市贫困生的学费、增加对职业教育的投资、拓宽中职学生的就业和实习渠道。就本人所在的长沙财经学校而言,招生规模不断扩大,到目前为止,学校现有学生到七千多人。但随着学生数量的增多,学生问题行为也越来越多,加之部分学生没有得到良好的家庭教育以及中职学生存在内在的原因使不少中职学生产生了问题行为。问题行为让学生的思想误入歧途,甚至个别学生违法犯罪,给他们的父母、老师带来伤痛,给社会带来危害,严重影响中职教育的质量。因此如何干预和解决中职学生的问题行为,让他们尽可能得到正常发展,对提高中等职业教育的质量以及培养适合社会需要的高素质的社会有用之才都具有重要的社会意义和实践意义。本文以长沙财经学校在校学生为研究对象,运用案例分析、问卷调查、开放式访谈等方法,对中职问题行为进行分类,剖析中职生问题行为的成因,结合学校工作实际,构建一套具有校本特色的问题行为教育方法和教育模式。为此,本文着重从以下几个方面进行了探讨：1、对中职学生问题行为进行了界定,指出了中职学生问题行为转化势在必行；2、对中职学生问题行为进行分类,进而分析了不同问题行为的特点；3、从影响中职学生成长因素的角度,剖析了中职学生问题行为的成因；4、通过对不同种类的中职问题行为的研究,提出了中职学生“问题行为”的教育对策；5、从我校中职学生“问题行为”的转化,提出了学校教育矫治工作的现实经验。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years, our government has further developed secondary vocational and technical education and has taken some practical measures such as reducing education fee of poor students of some rural areas and cities, increasing the investment of vocational schools and broadening the channels of the employment. With the enrollment expansion of secondary vocational and technical education, how to educate and manage problem students has always been bothering their parents, school and teachers. Problem behaviors of secondary vocational school students have always been hidden dangers of school safety and stability which makes schools confronted with unprecedented pressure. If not corrected in time, it will break out at a certain time, with many long-term negative consequences. The emergence of a large number of problem behaviors of secondary school students has seriously hindered students’normal development, affected the quality of workers and even threatened the society on a serious level. This article is based on the research of students in Changsha Secondary vocational school of Finance and Economics, with exerting the ways of case analysis, questionnaire investigation, and open interview and so on. While connecting the actual school work, it also suggests educational countermeasures for problem behavior in morality and mentality, forming a set of education methods and patterns on problem behavior in school characteristics. For this purpose, this text has carried on the discussion from the following several aspects emphatically: 1. Defining problem behaviors of Secondary Vocational School students.2. Illustrating the sorts and characteristics of problem behavior of secondary vocational students.3. Analyzing the causes of problem behavior of secondary vocational students.4.
