【摘要】 目前，物流业己进入快速发展期。冷链物流作为一种专业物流形式，随着人们生活水平的提高、食品安全的备受关注而受到高度重视，全社会对发展冷链物流重要性的认识进一步提高，特别是近年农产品冷链物流规划等一系列导向性政策文件密集出台，冷链物流的发展方向和市场热点己经相当明确，面临着前所未有的发展机遇。长沙SY物流公司结合长沙乃至湖南地区的自然条件和产业发展状况，把握当前国内外冷链物流发展趋势和市场需求，决定在长沙市宁乡国家级经开区建设冷链物流区域中心，通过采取各项有力措施，加快推进发展，努力形成对内辐射长株潭及全省的冷链物流发展格局，这一举措在完善物流功能、促进区域经济发展、树立地区优势产业上都将发挥重要作用。本文首先从现代物流相关理论出发，阐述了现代物流的基本概念、第三方物流理论、传统物流转型理论，并重点对冷链物流的基本概念，对冷链物流定义、适用范围、构成、发展现状及其意义进行了系统性分析：其次，就长沙SY物流公司发展现代冷链物流，结合对湖南及长沙冷链物流市场调研，进行了深入的SWOT分析，并指出：长沙SY物流公司必须进行自身发展模式和方向研究，实施企业从传统物流箱现代物流战略转型，重点发展现代冷链物流项目；再次，分析了长沙地区发展冷链物流的优势条件和限制因素，提出了长沙源山冷链物流园建设基本构想，明确了建设的指导思想、基本原则、战略目标、战略定位以及平面布局，并从企业实际出发，提出了企业推进冷链物流园项目的住主要保障措施；最后，对长沙SY物流公司发展冷链物流，应站在供应链物流管理的战略角度来整体考虑和实施企业整体战略，并就如何推进企业战略转型和发展提出了可操作性的措施建议。本文对于发展区域性专业化物流园以及传统物流公司实施转型策略有一定的参考意义。更多还原
