GT公司发展战略研究

【摘要】 随着经济全球化的进程和信息技术的快速发展,服务外包行业逐渐兴起。超短线交易行业是金融业里的新兴行业,在2004年被引入中国后,迅速成为中国离岸金融服务外包的主要业务之一。由于美国次贷危机引发的全球性的金融危机和经济危机以及欧债危机的连续发生,超短线行业受到严重影响,随着政府监管越来越严,交易费用持续上涨,利润空间逐渐下降,超短线交易公司普遍面临着发展瓶颈。GT公司作为较早进入中国的超短线企业,同样面临着发展瓶颈,迫切需要加强对发展战略的研究以适应内外部环境所发生的重大变化。本文结合GT公司自身特点,以战略管理的基本理论和方法、差异化竞争战略、战略联盟和蓝海战略为基础,分析了企业所处的外部环境和内部资源能力。同时运用SWOT分析法对公司所具有的优势、劣势和面临的机会及威胁进行了全面的分析。在此基础上,得出与公司相匹配的发展战略,即GT公司应采取后向一体化和相关多元化的发展战略,主要战略实施措施有:发挥技术优势,进一步打造提升核心竞争力;开拓海外市场咨询业务,开创战略蓝海;建立战略联盟;加强国际资源合作;打造专业营销团队。同时,论文提出了战略实施的保障措施:建设花桥分公司;进行组织机构改革;推进人力资源开发,完善激励措施;打造优秀企业文化等。本文的研究为GT公司实现可持续发展提供了战略方向,提升了企业的核心竞争力,并为中国大量的超短线交易公司提供了新的发展思路,完善和丰富了中国离岸金融服务外包发展战略的研究领域。
【Abstract】 With the rapid development of economic globalization and information technology, the business process outsourcing (BPO) industry emerged. Day trading represents a sunrise segment in the financial industry, which was introduced to China in2004and soon became one of the main sectors in financial service outsourcing in China. However, the day trading industry was severely affected by the global financial and economic crises triggered by the American subprime lending crisis, as well as the subsequent European debt crisis. In addition, more rigorous government regulation, growing trading fee and shrinking profit also constitute the bottleneck hampering day trading companies’ development. As one of the earliest players in the industry in China, GT is confronted with the same challenge, and it is urgent for the company to strengthen research in development strategies that will help it adapt to the major internal and external changes.Taking into consideration the individual conditions of GT, this article examines the internal and external environment the company is involved, utilizing the basic theories and methods of strategic management, differentiation competition strategies, strategic alliances and Blue Ocean strategy. It also identifies the advantages, disadvantages the company has as well as the opportunities and threats the company is facing on the basis of SWOT analysis method. Based on the above, a package of strategies appropriate for the company is generated, that is, GT should adopt backward integration and diversification strategies. Specifically, the main measures for implementing these strategies are:giving full play to its technological edges to further consolidate its core competitiveness; exploiting oversea market consultancy business and creating a strategic Blue Ocean; establishing a strategic alliance; strengthening international resource cooperation; and building specialized marketing teams. Meanwhile, the paper brings up various safeguarding measures for implementing these strategies:setting up the branch company in Huaqiao; restructuring the organization; stepping up HR development; and refining the incentive policies; and molding a favorable corporate culture, etc.This study elucidates the strategic orientation for GT’s sustainable development that will serve to boost its core competiveness; it also provides creative ideas guiding the development of a spectrum of day trading companies in China, complementing the existing research results in development strategies for China’s offshore financial service outsourcing industry.
