LNG船液货装卸模拟器装货过程仿真

【摘要】 随着石油资源消耗殆尽,全球变暖日益加剧,LNG(液化天然气)作为国际公认的清洁能源已成为化石燃料的最佳替代品。“十二五”期间,我国确定的目标为非化石能源占一次能源消费比重达到11.4%,天然气作为应用最为广泛的非化石能源,必将发挥越来越重要的作用。LNG船是专门运输LNG的船舶,到2015年,我国将需要100艘左右的LNG船从事LNG运输,需要培训大量的LNG船员和岸上工作人员,而目前我国LNG液货装卸模拟器还没有成型产品,因此,开发具有自主知识产权的LNG液货装卸模拟器用以满足我国LNG培训需求具有重大意义,符合国家建设海洋强国的发展规划。本文借鉴挪威KONGSBERG公司生产的LNG-M型液货装卸模拟器的研发经验,参考我国建造的“大鹏昊”LNG船的相关设备和船舶参数,开发了LNG船液货装卸模拟器装货过程仿真系统。以Visual Basic6.0为开发环境,设计了总目录界面、岸罐及氮气存储界面、船岸连接界面、管汇界面、甲板管线界面、液舱界面、压缩机室界面和高负载系统界面等8个界面,建立液舱液位、温度、压力模型,岸泵和高负载压缩机模型,回气模型和管路压力模型等7个数学模型。最终实现对装货前准备过程、冷却装货管线、装货过程以及氮气扫线过程的仿真。系统具备4种档位的实时和超实时仿真功能。程序运行结果表明,该系统基本实现装货过程的动态仿真,同时改进了原LNG-M型模拟器中存在的高负载压缩机启动异常问题。该系统可承担初步的船员和岸上操作人员的培训工作,对进一步开发LNG液货装卸模拟器具有一定的参考价值。

【Abstract】 With the over-consumption of petroleum resource, global warming is becoming worse, LNG, the international recognized clean energy, is the best succedaneum for fossil fuel. During the12th five-year plan, the proportion of non-fossil fuels consumption in primary energy consumption will increase to11.4%. LNG, the most widely used clean energy, will certainly play a more vital role. By2015, about100LNG carriers will dedicate to LNG transportation for our country, thus a large amount of LNG seafarers and shore operators need to be trained. By now, there is no LNG carrier cargo handling simulator product in our country, therefore developing LNG carrier cargo handling simulator with self-owned intellectual property rights will not only meet the domestic demand for LNG training, but also fit the strategy of constructing a marine powerful nation.Based on Neptune CHS LNG-M type cargo handling simulator, combined with dimension data and equipment parameters of LNG carrier DAPENG SUN, a LNG loading operation simulation system is developed in this thesis.Under the VB6.0development environment,8different interfaces are designed including Picture Directory, Shore Tanks, Ship/Shore Connection, Manifolds, Deck Lines, Cargo Tank, Compressor Room and High Duty System.7mathematical modules are built containing Liquid Level of Cargo Tank, Cargo Tank Temperature, Cargo Tank Pressure, Shore Pump, High Duty Compressor and Vapor Return. As a result, the simulation of Preparations for Loading, Cargo Lines Cooling Down, Load Cargo with Vapor Return to Shore and Nitrogen System Striping Cargo Lines are realized. The system has the function of real-time simulation and3grades of super real-time simulation.The running results of the system show that dynamic simulation of LNG cargo loading operation is basically realized. The system also corrects some errors in LNG-M simulator, such as the unreasonable trip of high duty compressor. The system can under- take primary training tasks for LNG seafarers and shore operators. The research results of this thesis have a certain reference value for further developing LNG cargo handling simulators.
