飞机突防中干扰效果指标及干扰管理的研究

【摘要】 海湾战争拉开了电子信息战的大幕,雷达对抗作为电子信息对抗的一种重要作战手段,在现代战争中发挥着越来越重要的作用。历数21世纪以来美国对外的数次战争,战争初期,美国总会在电子干扰的掩护下实施飞机突防作战任务,对对方重点军事设施和人员进行精确制导轰炸,实施“外科式”手术,作战效果非常明显。如何能够对对方实施最大限度干扰,并在此基础上进行航迹的最优规划是目前国内外学者和专家亟待解决的问题。本文主要针对突防作战任务设计了新的雷达干扰效果评价指标体系,并对突发情况下飞机突防航迹规划的干扰管理问题进行了探讨,具体研究内容如下:首先,在假定的综合电子战的环境下,在敌方部署了多层雷达的前提下,详细介绍了雷达干扰效果基本评估准则,并给出了基于雷达干扰效果的评价条件。提出了针对飞机突防作战任务的指标体系,这个指标体系中有三个表征干扰效果不同方面的指标,本文分别对它们的隶属度函数做了重点阐述。总结归纳了雷达的有源遮盖式干扰的几种相关模型,并利用新的干扰效果评价指标构建了雷达干扰效益决策矩阵。在此基础上利用动态规划算法对干扰资源进行一对一分配,从而为后续飞机突防中航迹路线规划问题的解决提供有利的前提条件。其次,在对战场环境栅格化和威胁区域模拟的基础上,选取适当的航迹代价指标,并运用本文新改进的基于突防路线的蚁群算法对飞机突防航迹规划问题进行求解,并将改进的蚁群算法与基本蚁群算法、自适应蚁群算法进行了仿真对比,实验结果证明了本文改进的算法在突防航迹规划问题求解上的有效性。再次,在全局航迹规划的基础上,重点研究了突发情况下飞机在线突防航迹规划的干扰管理问题。在简单介绍了干扰管理的相关基础知识后,对单机突防过程中遇到突防终点变化、中间点加油、单机航路被拦截等突发干扰情况下的干扰管理解决方案和仿真的结果做了详细的研究和分析。在此基础上给出了编队协同突防过程中遇到突防终点变化、编队航路被拦截等突发干扰情况下的干扰管理解决方案和仿真结果。最后,针对本文的研究内容,在MATLAB工具的支持下设计了一个飞机突防系统。该系统可根据所给基本参数对雷达干扰资源进行优化分配,同时能够对正常情况下的全局突防航迹和突发情况下的在线突防航迹给出规划结果,并具有二维和三维两种战场空间显示方式。

【Abstract】 Gulf War has opened the curtain of the electronic information warfare. As an important means of warfare in electronic information warfare, radar countermeasures are playing as more and more important role in modern warfare. Enumerating several U.S. External Wars in21st century, at the beginning of the war, the United States always implemented the aircraft penetration combat missions under the cover of the electronic interference, and precision-guided bomb has been implemented on key military facilities and personnel with "surgical-style" operation. The effect of combat is very obvious. How to implement maximum interference and plan the most optimal penetration route are currently the hot issues of military research at home and abroad. In this paper, a new interference effect evaluation indicator is designed for penetration combat missions, and in the emergency situations the disruption management issues of the aircraft penetration trajectory planning are discussed. The specific contents are as follows:First, under the deployed situation of multi-level radars and in the assumed electronic warfare environment, the evaluation principles of radar jamming effect are discussed in detail. Based on the radar interference effect, the evaluation conditions are presented. On this basis, the membership function of three interference effect evaluation indicators (the interference level indicator, the interference distance indicator and interference angle indicator) is designed. Several models of active suppression jamming are presented. The radar jamming effective decision-making matrix is built by new interference effect evaluation indicators. On this basis, dynamic programming algorithm is used to distribute radar jamming resources with one radar and one jammer for the aircraft penetration trajectory planning in later aircraft penetrating process.Second, on the basis of simulating threatening regional and rasterizing battlefield environment, the issue of the aircraft penetration trajectory planning is solved by opportune cost indicators and an ant colony algorithm based on penetration path, which has been improved in this paper. The improved ant colony algorithm, the basic ant colony algorithm and adaptive ant colony algorithm are compared in the experiment. The experimental result has demonstrated the improved algorithm is useful in the issue of the aircraft penetration trajectory planning. Third, on the basis of the global route planning, the real time disruption management issue of the aircraft penetration trajectory planning is discussed. After the brief introduction to the basic knowledge of the disruption management, the real time disruption management issue of the single aircraft and the formation aircraft are discussed and simulated, including the penetration endpoint changed, the mid-point refueling, and route blocked..Finally, according to the study of this paper, a system of aircraft penetrating is designed with MATLAB tool. This system can distribute the radar jamming resources according to the given basic parameters, and at this time it can show normal and emergent penetration path planning results in the two-dimensional display manner, three-dimensional display manner and dynamic display manner.
