【摘要】 随着信息化社会的快速发展、学习型社会的全面建设,高校图书馆作为学校信息资源的发源地,图书馆服务体系承担着为读者服务、传递信息和引导学生发展的重要任务；肩负着教育教学的重要使命；对提高高等音乐院校的综合实力和国际影响力有着重要意义。然而现实工作中,沈阳音乐学院图书馆却一直呈现出读者到馆率低、资源利用率不高、服务体系发挥失常、应有的重要作用发挥失效的状态。本文通过对沈音图书馆服务体系现状的调查、对比、分析,结合高等音乐院校的特殊性,艺术类学生自身特点及相关影响因素等对沈音图书馆服务体系建设进行分析研究,思考管理理念、改变管理手段、完善机构设置,针对沈音提出图书馆服务体系建设的具体对策。首先,基于沈音图书馆服务体系现状进行服务满意度和服务需求的相关调查。通过与其他高等音乐院校图书馆相比较发现差距和问题,并对根据调查、对比、访谈及实际工作经验得出的服务体系客观存在的问题进行阐述和分析。其次,对音乐专业特殊性、艺术类学生自身特点、学院政策目标、资源分配、阻碍艺术类学生获取图书馆信息等相关因素对沈音图书馆服务体系的影响,从多角度进行深入的分析研究。最后,根据调查对比和各影响因素以及体系内各要素的相互关系对服务体系进行综合的分析研究,针对沈阳音乐学院图书馆服务体系各要素,提出结合音乐院校特殊性进行环境设施建设、提高文献资源服务保障力度、针对高等音乐院校深化服务项目、加强服务人员队伍建设等的沈音图书馆服务体系建设的具体对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of information society and the overall construction of a learning society, university library is becoming the birthplace of the school information resources.Thus the library service system assumes the important assignment that it serves the readers, transmits the information and it guides the students’development; Also, it shoulders the important mission of education teaching as well.It has important significance of improving the comprehensive strength and the international influence of higher music colleges and universities.In real work, however, Shenyang conservatory of music library has been presenting a state as the low rate of readership, low utilization rate of resources, the disorder of the service system and the ineffectiveness of the due important function. This article does analysis, comparison and investigation the present situation of Shen Yin library service system, combining with the related factors such as the particularity of higher music colleges and universities as well as the arts students’characteristics. The article tries to study and investigate the construction of Shen Yin library service system, think the management concept, change the management means and complete the institution settings.It proposes specifics countermeasures for the construction of the Shen Yin library service system.First of all, it does some related research that based on the rate of the service satisfaction and the service requirements of current Shen Yin library service system. It finds gaps and problems comparing with other institutions of higher music colleges and universities library. And it elaborates and analyses the objectively existing problems according to the investigation, comparison, interview and the actual work experience.Secondly, there are many related factors such as music professional particularity, the arts students characteristics, the college policy goals, the resources allocation and hindering the art students from gaining the library information. The article does deep analysis and research from all directions about the influence of the Shen Yin library service system result in the factors.Finally, it does comprehensive analysis and research about the service system that based on the contrast between the influence factors and the relationship.In view of the Shenyang conservatory of music library service system’s elements.Meanwhile, it proposes specific countermeasures which is combining with the particularity of higher music colleges and universities for the construction of the environmental facilities, improving services of the resources, in view of the higher music colleges and universities deepen service, strengthens the service personnel construction of Shen Yin concrete for the construction of the library service system.更多还原
