A电梯公司员工培训策略研究

【摘要】 任何一个企业都期望获得可持续的发展,而这除了提供优质的产品之外,更需要人来实现。人力资源作为坚实的后盾在企业的发展中起到了至关重要的作用,员工培训是人力资源中重要的部分,提高企业的人才竞争力。虽然招聘亦可以解决企业中人才短缺的问题,但是其代价也使得企业吃不消,培训的地位在企业发展中凸显出来渐渐的受到企业的重视与肯定。在公司内部向员工开展培训非常重要,建立合理性的培训体系来帮助企业培养人才。本文首先介绍了论文的背景,公司的基本概况;然后引入了培训的理论性知识,包括概念和国内外培训发展趋势;接着介绍公司的员工构成情况,培训工作现状以及存在的问题;最后提出了解决问题的方案,建立解决实际问题的培训系统,力求做到全局性又照顾到每一个细节,多角度地对A电梯公司的员工培训工作进行研究和探讨,改善培训流程与建立培训体系,并对流程中需求调查、培训计划、设计和实施培训、对培训效果进行评估等部分重点分析,汇总问题科学的解决方案,最终建立了A电梯公司培训体系。通过本文的研究帮助企业通过构建一个适合本企业发展的培训体系来提高员工的工作技能,使员工的工作能力满足岗位的要求,体现企业对人的培养以及对人才的保留,科学的培训体系为公司培养出具有管理能力的领导者和专业技术卓越的技术人才,使公司在同行业中具有竞争优势。

【Abstract】 Every corporation hopes get sustainable development, besides quality products, talent plays an important role to achieve this target. Human resource as the most solid backing has played a crucial role in the development of corporation. Training is an important part in Human Resources, provide a source of power for corporation sustainable and make an invincible position in talent competition. Although recruiting can solute the problem of manpower shortage, but training’s position becomes more and more indispensable in the corporation. In order to achieve competitive excellence in the same industry, implement training for employee becoming more and more particularly important; establish training system to provide practical training for entrepreneurship development.This paper first describes the background, a basic overview of the company; then introduce the theoretical knowledge of the training, including the concept and training trends at home and abroad; introduce composition of the company, the training of the current situation and existing problems; finally, find the solutions to the problems, the establishment of a training system to solve practical problems. Improve the training process and system, analyze training flow including demand for investigations, training programs, design and implementation of training, the training effect assessment part of the focus of analysis, summary scientific solutions to set up training system of A elevator company.Through this study to help company build training system suitable for the development of company to improve the skills and competency of the employees; staff ability can meet the requirements of the job, reflect the culture of business-to-people, as well as retention of talent. System for company training a group of managers is fully capable and outstanding professional technical experts to enable company to gain competitive advantage in the same industry.
