【摘要】 信用证是一种重要的国际贸易结算工具,有其独特的法律性质。信用证付款是贸易付款中采用较多的一种付款方式,在贸易中扮演着重要的角色,也导致银行对信用证付款问题非常重视。但由于我国对贸易危险性的分析缺乏科学有效的分析方法和手段,很难对贸易风险进行有效的评估,导致缺乏行之有效的解决方法来杜绝贸易风险的发生。本文以中国银行Q分行信用证贸易融资项目为研究对象,从贸易融资危险的基本性问题出发,综合运用理论分析与实际检验相结合的研究方法,识别信用证贸易融资项目存在的风险,并针对风险给出信用证融资项目风险管理的应对策略。具体内容如下：论文首先介绍了研究的背景和意义、研究内容和方法、研究技术路线与可行性以及本文的难点及创新点。接着对国内外研究现状,前人的相关研究进行了阐述并作简要述评；概述了贸易融资以及信用证贸易融资项目风险及成因,对贸易融资风险的成因和项目风险进行了深入研究。接着对中国银行Q分行信用证贸易融资风险进行了研究,分析了该行贸易融资风险分析的现状及其目前信用证贸易融资风险管理中存在的问题,最后,针对Q银行风险分析中存在的问题,提出Q银行信用证贸易融资风险管理的对策和措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 The letter of credit is an important clearing form of international trade, which has its special legal quality. In trade, the method of payment of the letter of credit is used too much, and it plays a significant role in the trade. Therefore, bankers now attach great importance to this issue. But the analysis of trade-risk in china lack for scientific analyzing method, which leads to much difficulty in efficient assessment and proper solutions to decrease trade-risk.This paper, which is based on the L/C trade financing project risk management of Bank of China Q branch, identifies its risks in L/C trade financing project combined the management science related basic theory with actual analysis method, and then gives some suggestions. Detailed contents are as follows:first, the paper introduces the research background and its significance, main issues and methods, technical route and the feasibility, the difficulty of this paper and some innovations. Then it fully reviews the relevant literature domestic and abroad to summarize the trade financing and credit trade financing project risk and causes. Third, it introduces the present situation of L/C trade financing risk of Q branch of Bank of China and its existing problems of current credit trade financing risk and the management. Finally, it puts forward specific measures to prevent such problems.更多还原
