【摘要】 普及化的信息时代计算机应用已经渗透到各个行业，各个领域。当然对于利用计算机在高校研究生院工程硕士学位论文在线评审中的应用也同样得到了从业人员的重视。利用计算机网络信息技术，提高工作效率和办公自动化水平，为便于人们提供在线评审(包括盲审和非盲审)和查询效率。经过在校期间三年多的学习本次论文主要要是探讨开发了基于J2EE的工程硕士学位论文在线管理系统，目的在于高校研究生院更加便捷有效的增进工程硕士研究生和研究生院、评审专家之间的沟通，最大程度的满足高校研究生院对信息处理以及工程硕士研究生、研究生院和论文在线管理的需要，随着信息技术的发展进程中，基于电子邮件或者纸张方式的论文评审早已被广泛使用。电子邮件的方式弥补了传统邮寄方式在投递与处理过程过于繁琐的不足，简化了工程硕士学位论文投递的流程，提高了工程硕士学位论文处理的效率，但是电子邮箱方式提交论文不易检索，不便于工程硕士研究生和报刊部门的即时勾通，而且信息量较大会受到邮箱容量限制等缺点，另外一方面大量工程硕士学位论文存放在邮箱里杂乱无章，整理起来也很烦琐。其实并不能算是真正意义上的在线评审论文。与电子邮件和邮寄方式相比，基于WEB的工程硕士学位论文在线管理系统则更加体现其方便、灵活、效率高和透明度高的特点，弥补了传统评审方式的不足。它能够把人们从沉重繁杂的整理工作中解放出来，全身心的投入到对工程硕士学位论文的审查上，而无须花大量的精力去对工程硕士学位论文进行分检、归档等管理，使得工程硕士学位论文投放进入一个良性的流通渠道。本文主要是基于J2EE的模式开发论述了基于J2EE的工程硕士学位论文在线管理系统的实现过程，具体使用以下几种开发工具和技术：1、Jsp+Servlet+JavaBean(EJB)，2、Jsp+JavaBean (Controller)+JavaBean(EJB)(Model)，3、TDK(Turbine，Velocity...)，4、Xsp，5、 Jsp+Struts+JavaBean(EJB)。并且从技术性路线出发给出了该系统的详细设计方案。从符合可行性的要求出发，使用JAVAEE技术，B/S开发模式，完成了基于WEB的工程硕士学位论文在线管理系统的开发。系统在MyEclipse8.5开发环境下，利用SQL Server2005数据库，实现了从提交论文、审稿、同意答辩等一体化功能，工程硕士研究生可以进行在线注册、在线提交论文、在线修改工程硕士学位论文、查看工程硕士学位论文状态、接受与回复站内消息等；一位盲审专家和两位非盲审专家由研究生院分配，研究生院相关负责老师可进行配送工程硕士学位论文等，专家可进行在线审稿等功能。我在开发研究此程序时主要使用模块化结构设计，并且具备了良好的扩展性，可以在以后实际使用中灵活的增加更多的应用功能，不断的完善软件的结构设计。更多还原

【Abstract】 The popularity of computer application has penetrated into all fields of industry. Ofcourse, for the use of Computer Application Institute of Engineering Master degree thesisonline review of research in Colleges and universities also obtained practitioners attention.The use of computer network information technology, improve the work efficiency and thelevel of office automation, provide online review for the convenience of people (includingblind trial and non-blind trial) and the efficiency of query. After the period in school morethan three years of study in this thesis to investigate the thesis for master’s degree ofengineering online assessment system based on J2EE, aims to University Graduate School ofmore convenient and effective to promote engineering graduate and graduate school,evaluation expert communication, to the maximum extent to meet the needs of UniversityGraduate School of information processing and engineering graduate student, GraduateSchool and dissertation management, along with the development of information technology,the paper reviews have e-mail or paper based on the widely used. Email makes up theshortage of traditional mail in the delivery and processing process is too cumbersome, themaster’s degree thesis project delivery process, improve the efficiency of EngineeringMaster’s degree paper processing, but e-mail submission is not easy to search, instantcommunication inconvenience for engineering postgraduates and press department, but alsothe amount of information compared with the general assembly by the mailbox capacityconstraints and other shortcomings, on the other hand, a master’s degree thesis project bestored in the mailbox, finishing up is also very cumbersome. In fact, is not the true sense ofthe online review. Compared with e-mail and mail, thesis for master’s degree of engineeringonline assessment system based on WEB is more convenient, flexible, embody thecharacteristics of the high efficiency and high transparency, makes up the shortage oftraditional evaluation methods. It can free people from the heavy and complicated work, intothe heart of the thesis for master’s degree of engineering of the review, without the need tospend a lot of energy to the sorting, filing and management of Engineering Master degreethesis, the master’s degree thesis project put into a benign circulation channel.This paper is mainly mode of development based on J2EE and discusses theimplementation process of Engineering Master’s degree thesis online evaluation system basedon J2EE, the specific use of the following kinds of development tools and technology,Jsp+Servlet+JavaBean (EJB):1,2, Jsp+JavaBean (Controller)+JavaBean (EJB)(Model),3, TDK (Turbine, Velocity,...)4, Xsp,5, Jsp+Struts+JavaBean (EJB). And from the technical route the paper gives details of the system design. From the point of view of meetthe requirement of feasibility, the use of JAVAEE technology, B/S development model,completed the development of Engineering Master degree thesis online evaluation systembased on WEB. System in the MyEclipse8.5development environment, using SQL Server2005database, has realized from the submission, review, agreed to defense integrationfunction, the engineering graduate students can register online, online submission, onlinemodification of master degree thesis, project engineering master’s degree thesis state, acceptand reply messages; a blind the experts and two non-blind trial expert by the graduate school,Graduate School of relevant responsible for the teacher can master distribution engineeringpaper and so on, experts can be online review and other functions.
