X矿山机械有限公司装配线平衡研究

【摘要】 随着科学技术的迅猛发展,社会生产力大幅提高,日益变换的市场需求使得机械制造模式也发生了巨大的转变,同时伴随着经济全球化的进程,制造业之间的竞争变得愈发激烈。企业的生产规模在不断的扩大来适应市场的瞬息万变,生产线的平衡研究正在新建、扩建的企业中发挥着重要作用。一个平衡效果更高的生产线降低生产成本,同时提高操作者的工作效率,从而增强企业的竞争力。本文的研究对象X矿山机械有限公司是一家民营的矿山机械制造企业,目前在原有生产规模的基础上正在筹建新的厂区,工厂的总体布局设计以及机加工车间的设备布局设计已经完成,本文的主要工作就是对其主要产品盘形制动器的装配线研究。X矿山机械有限公司的装配车间主要有四条装配线,本文主要对其中的一条装配线进行详细的设计研究,其余的装配线将依次按计划完成。X公司老厂区的装配车间并没有一条盘形制动器的装配线,其装配环境简陋、装配效率低下、现场的物料搬运路线混乱。因此,本文针对目前X公司盘形制动器的现状,结合装配的相关工艺和设备布局理论,为其新厂的装配车间设计出一条完整的盘形制动器的装配线并研究其合理性。由于现实生产存在很多因素的限制,X公司盘形制动器的装配采用半自动化手工装配的模式,不能用手工完成的部分采用机器来完成。本文将根据装配工艺确定盘形制动器的装配顺序、装配的工艺要求、前期的准备工作,并研究其生产的均衡性,通过遗传算法得到装配线的最小工作站和每个工作站内的作业元素;根据平衡分析的结果对装配线的布局进行研究,确定装配线的类型和平面布局;最后应用Flexsim仿真软件对装配线的布局进行仿真,得到装配线的三维效果图和设计效果评估。
【Abstract】 With the rapid development of science and technology and the substantial improvementof social productivity,the changed market requirement changes the machine manufacturingmodel and the competition of manufacture is increasingly fierce. The enterprise has to expandits scale of production to meet the need of the market and adapt the change of market. Fastand efficient and reasonable layout design is just going to play a major role in new expansionof the enterprises. The Enterprise scales up production to fit the constantly changing market.The balance of production line plays an important role in the extension of enterprise. Thegood effect of production line balance could reduce production cost and the workingefficiency, then the competitiveness of enterprise will be increased.X enterprise, the research object of this paper is a mining machinery manufactureenterprise which is constructed a new factory, ended with the general layout and equipmentlayout of the machine shop. The objective of this paper is to design the assembly line of discbrake. The assembly shop of X enterprise has four assembly line. The primary mission of thispaper is to design one of these four. The old factory of X enterprise has no assembly line ofdisc brake, the assembly condition is humble, the work efficiency is ineffective and thematerial handling route is chaotic. Aiming at the current situation of the assembly line of discbrake and combing with assembly technology and facilities planning design, this paper willdesign a new assembly line of disc brake to meet the need of manufacture requirement.Due to some reality factor constraints, the disc brake assembly line of X enterprise issemi-automatic manual assembly mode, the part which cannot done by hand will usemachines for certain jobs. First, the assembly sequence, the assembly process requirement andthe preparations will be ascertained due to the assembly technology of disc brake. Then, theline balancing will be designed through genetic algorithm. Based on the results of linebalancing design, to devise the assembly layout, and confirm the assembly line type andplanar layout diagram. Final, the assembly line layout simulation will be built through Flexsim in order to get the3D effect drawings and design evaluation of the disc brakeassembly line.
