制动器仿真分析及台架机械测试系统设计

【摘要】 从上世纪来,汽车制动产生的噪声一直是迫切要解决的棘手问题。它一直困扰着汽车使用者和制造商。虽然很多专家在此课题方面做了相当多的科研分析和试验测试,但是整个噪声产生的机理还没有完全掌握。近几年来,在汽车面向精品化方向发展的同时,制动噪声也成了汽车NVH研究领域热点问题之一。由此,对汽车制动时产生的噪声机理分析和减噪方法的研究颇具重要的实际意义。在阅读了大量与制动噪声相关的外文和中文文献后,对制动噪声产生机理和防范措施有了深刻的认识之后,针对某汽车厂家提供的具有制动尖叫的的盘式制动器,对其关键部件,制动盘、摩擦片及钢背进行实际测量并利用Pro/E建模。将建好的模型导入大型有限元分析处理软件ANSYS Workbench12.0进行模态分析,初步找到了引起制动尖叫的原因,这些原因主要是结构设计方面的不足引起的,并针对分析结果提出修改措施。将修改好的模型进行分析,发现结构方面的优化改进确实能够改善制动总成的动态特性,证明了措施的可行性。并提出了阻尼降噪法。本课题是在吉大机电设备研究所研制的JF122型惯性台架的基础上进行的,该台架具有噪声测试功能。对台架的惯量匹配计算和噪音测试系统也做了研究。最后,将结构改进后的制动总成在JF122型惯性台架进行试验测试,试验结果表明,该制动器的制动噪声声压级大大减小。

【Abstract】 From the last century, the problem of automobile brake noise generated in the braking hasbeen a difficult problem to solve urgently. The car users and manufacturers have been plaguedall the time. Although many experts did a considerable amount of analysis and test research inthe aspects, but the noise mechanism is still not fully grasped. In recent years, during thedevelopment of car, the brake noise has become one of hot topics in the NVH. Therefore, theresearch of noise mechanism and noise reduction methods has an very important practicalsignificance.After reading a large number of foreign and Chinese literature about the brake noise, got adeep understanding of noise generation Mechanism and precautionary measure. Then use thepro/e software to model the important parts of disc brake, such as brake plate, pad and steelbacking. And then, use the analysis software ANSYS Workbench12.0to have a dynamicanalysis, preliminarily find out the cause of braking scream. Thinking that the structuraldesign causes the noise and put forward the modification measures. After then, import themodified model into ANSYS Workbench12.0to have a dynamic analysis. The result showsthe feasibility of the measures. Then propose the noise reduction method with the damping.This topic is done on the basis of JF122inertial bench with noise test functions producedby Ji da institute of electrical and mechanical equipment. So research the inertia matching andcalculation of the bench. At last, test the SPL of modified brake assembly, the test resultshows the sound pressure level is greatly reduced.
