【摘要】 多元文化教育政策在我国台湾地区已经实施了近2O年，在原住民教育、移民教育、两性平等教育、课程改革等方面都取得了令人瞩目的成绩。台湾的多元文化教育的某些经验值得借鉴，如扩大多元文化教育的主题、加强社会弱势群体的教育公平，原住民少数族群的平等教育、加大课程改革力度、提高教教师的多元文化素养等，其中，在课程中应用多元文化教育理念的经验，特别值得关注。大陆地区当前也是一个典型的多元文化共存的社会，提倡各个群体之间和谐、平等共处，以及促进社会教育公平的政策也在律法和实践中得以实施，然而明确提出多元文化教育理念的研究领域当前主要是少数民族教育相关的主题。本文基于多元文化教育理论和课程实施理论的基本立场，在文献研究的基础上，运用访谈方法，对多元文化教育理念视野下台湾多元文化教育在课程中的实施进行了介绍，并从对六位国小老师的访谈中，介绍了他们在课堂教学中关于多元文化教育理念的实践经验，希望对我国当前的多元文化教育有所启示借鉴。全文分为四部分：导论：探讨了选题缘起，研究的目的意义以及已有研究的成果。研究的理论依据及方法、过程：结合论文的实际内容阐述了理论依据，多元文化教育理论和多元文化教育中课程开发理论，并说明了本研究的方法。同时，从研究内容选择，访谈设计方面探讨了研究设计。台湾多元文化教育理念实施及在国小课程中应用的现状分析：介绍了台湾多元文化教育的缘起、理念的发展，及课程实施过程中如何涵盖与保障各多元群体的利益与需求；同时对访谈的三所国小老师如何在课程实施中运用多元文化教育理念，及他们的多元文化教育经验进行了介绍。启示及建议：结合我国当前国情及多元文化教育实施现状，从扩展多元文化教育理念、编写多元文化教育书籍编写方面、提升教师的班级管理能力、贯彻少数民族教育领域多元文化教育理念四方面指出了我国在课程实施中应如何借鉴台湾国小的实施经验。更多还原

【Abstract】 Multicultural education policy has been implemented in Taiwan for more than20years, and it has made remarkable achievements in fields such as aboriginal education,immigration education, gender equality, and curriculum reform. Some Taiwanmulticultural education experience is worth of learning, such as expanding the themeof multicultural education, strengthening the education fair of socially vulnerablegroups, paying more attention to aboriginal minorities equal access to education,strengthening curriculum reform and improve education teachers multiculturalliteracy, which are in the course the application of the concept of multiculturaleducation experience, especially worthy of China mainland’s attention. ChinaMainland is a typical multicultural society, in order to promote harmony among thevarious groups, equality and coexistence, as well as to promote social and educationalequity policies are also to be implemented in the law and in practice, however, clearlyput forward the field of study of the concept of multicultural education minorityeducation-related topics. Based on the theory of multicultural education andcurriculum implementation of the theory’s basic position on the basis of the literature,the use of the interview method, introduced the implementation of the vision of theconcept of multicultural education multicultural education within the curriculum, andfrom six elementary school teacher interviews them about the concept of multiculturaleducation in the classroom teaching of practical experience hope some inspirationlearn of multicultural education.The text is divided into four parts: Introduction: investigating the origin of the topic, the purpose and significance ofresearch and its existing research results.Theoretical basis and method of the study, the process: combined with the actualcontent of the paper describes the theoretical basis for the theory of multiculturaleducation and multicultural education curriculum development theory, then describesthe method of the present study.
