【摘要】 精细化管理作为一种先进的管理方式和管理概念，已被越来越多的企业管理者所认同，它最初是由日本的一个企业在上世纪五十年代提出，在多年来不同国家、不同企业加入自己的不同文化背景，如今所谓的精细化管理已经变为管理企业的一种观念和意识、一种认真严谨的工作态度和一种精益求精的文化。当代的企业结合各自的管理之道把精细化管理用了四个字概括：“五精四细”。包括：精髓(掌握管理精髓的管理者以及掌握的管理精髓)，精华(技术、文化、智慧)，精品(质量、品牌)，精密(各种管理、精准、生产关系链接有序)，精通(专家型管理者和员工)，以及细分职能、细分对象、细分岗位、细化管理制度的各个落实环节、细化分解每一项具体工作。把精细化管理的概念分开来看，所谓的精，就是指精益求精，所谓的细，就是指具体到每个工作细节。注重基础、注重过程和细节，对生产求精求细是精细化管理最基本的特征，它最终的目的就是要专注于生产和工作中的每一件事情上，力求把每一项任务都做到没有瑕疵，精益求精。随着我国经济持续快速发展，人民生活水平逐步提高，人们对用电的数量和质量也都随之增长。虽然新技术和新设备的不断开发和应用，不断的用先进的设备替代陈旧的设备，但是发电部门的各类发电设备的性能和特点也越来越复杂，自动化所占比率越来越大，随之而来的就是企业面临诸多的挑战，即设备进步的学习应用和陈旧管理模式的改革与变革。在企业管理中实施精细化管理主要表现在要把工作任务、工作目标和工作流程进行准确的计划、决策、控制和考核。在发电厂中，检修班组是生产经营活动最基本的单位，是企业发展的基石和保障，是展开各项工作的落脚点，是安全工作的着力点。本文以发电厂中最基层的检修班组为精细化管理的研究对象，通过梳理文献，明确阐述精细化管理发展的背景和依据，理清精细化管理的内容和发展，通过对精细化管理的仔细研究，把精细化管理的理论知识与实际工作中遇到的问题结合起来，体现出精细化管理在发电企业检修工作中的重要性。其次，把发电厂检修班组的管理模式进行回顾并发现问题，运用精细化管理的理论知识，就目前发电企业检修班组存在的问题展开叙述，分别从量化和细化的角度提出管理对策，第三，结合大唐哈尔滨第一热电厂继电保护班组在精细化管理中取得的成绩，进一步验证发电厂继电检修班组在运用精细化管理理论的可行性与有效性。企业想要在激烈的竞争中始终利于不败之地，得到深远发展，不断结合实际修正自己的管理模式是有效手段之一，深入实施精细化管理是效果最为显著改革模式。对于继电保护这样一个在发电厂中有着重要作用的基础技术工种，建立健全精细化管理，对于企业的健康发展有着重要的实践意义。更多还原
