F公司A客户手机产品开发模式优化问题研究

【摘要】 目前世界电子行业OEM制造模式是资源合理化,社会化,协作趋势下的必经之路,是社会化大生产的必然结果,特别是在高速发展的信息产业应用非常广泛,造就一批与时俱进的行业巨头引领行业发展,但是随着电子产品不断更新换代,这种制造合作模式似乎不能跟上时代发展的需求,不能跟上新产品换代的需求,主要表现在:第一,开发周期长,无法跟上市场的节奏,久而久之产品会被逐渐淡出市场。第二,开发费用高,导致成本高,价格高,产品没有很好性价比,消费者不会为此埋单,产品失去竞争力,销量过低就无法打开市场格局。第三,设计制造脱节,导致产品无法真正表现设计者灵魂,完美设计不能得以实现,得不到消费者认可将会失去市场竞争力。当今世界电子设计制造两巨头A公司与F公司合作模式仍然为OEM合作模式,在之前合作中,A公司与F公司完美合作创造出业界奇迹,但是随着电子产品市场发展需求,目前合作模式也是需要随着市场发展进行转变,通过深入研究A公司与F公司当前合作模式,深入分析在目前市场环境下双方合作方式优势以及问题所在,主要从合作模式,思维方式,沟通模式几个方面分析目前合作方式问题点以及优化措施方向,以及新的合作模式与旧的模式取得成效及其推广取代现有模式可行性。通过本课题研究背景,描述双方现有合作模式问题所在,为后面针对此问题剖析做了一个铺垫,以至于后面问题描述不会显得突兀;接下来通过详细介绍目前合作模式以及开发各阶段流程,使目前合作方式以及开发模式清晰明了呈现出来,对于后面问题描述也就非常自然衔接,有了前面抛砖引玉,自然而然引出目前合作方式存在问题以及原因分析,以及对于目前问题改善对策;再下来通过新的合作模式推行所取得成效以及试推行问题点所在,接下来对于问题所提出改善对策以及分析对策所能取得成效以及最终取得效果;最后通过结论描述新的合作方式对比之前旧的合作模式所取得成效以及评估全面推行可行性。在当前日益激烈市场竞争中,产品品质,价格,开发周期等因素都会直接影响到产品进入市场的反应,没有任何产品,任何公司永远处于领先,要想处于领先,就必须进行改变,旧的开发合作模式在日新月异市场需求必须进行变革,品质,价格,速度都必须成为行业领跑者,才能真正掌握市场份额,获取利益最大化。在F公司与A公司合作当中,必须随时调整合作模式以适应市场之需求,不能简单以品质取胜,人们现在追求性价比,高品质还要有适当价格,还要有高效率更新换代,这才是能适应目前市场所需要产品,只有真正能掌握市场,走在市场前面,才能真正成为行业领头羊,在日益激烈的市场竞争中立于不败之地。
【Abstract】 Currently the OEM manufacturing mode in the world electronic industry is thenresult of social resources rationalization, the only way which must go through in thetrend of cooperation, also the final result of socialized production, especially in thequickly development of the information industry, the application is getting wider andwider, which brings a number of the industry giants to lead the development of theindustry, but with the replacement of electronic products, the manufacturingcooperation mode seems could not keep up with the requirements of timesdevelopment, could not meet the new product replacement speed, which is reflectedin the following items:1. Long development cycle, unable to keep up with the rhythm of the market, inthe course of time will gradually fade out of the market.2. Development costs high, resulting in high cost, the price is high, the product isnot very good price, consumers will not pay the price, product is uncompetitive, lowsales could not open the market pattern as expected.3. Design and manufacturing line, causes the product can’t really show thedesigner soul, perfect design can not be realized perfectly, consumers would not buyit so that the market share is lost accordingly.In today’s world of electronic design and manufacture of two giant, A companyis working with F with the OEM mode, A company and F company perfectcooperation to create some of the wonders of the world, but with the requirement ofelectronic product market development, the cooperation mode has to be changedaccording to the market changes, after an in-depth study of A company F company’scurrent mode of cooperation, in-depth analysis of the current market environmentfrom both cooperation advantages and disadvantages, mainly from the cooperativemode, mode of thinking, communication mode of the cooperation problem and optimization solutions, as well as the new cooperation mode and the old model resultsand the feasibility to replace the existing one.Through the research of this topic background, the description of problems in thecurrent cooperation model, which made a foundation for the following analysis of thisproblem, through detailed introduction of the mode of cooperation and thedevelopment process, the current forms of cooperation and the development modelare shown clearly, for the latter problem description it is very natural transition, withthe earlier research, analysis of problems and reasons existing come very naturallyleads to the current mode of cooperation, as well as for the current problemscountermeasures; and then through the new cooperation mode of carrying out theachievement and test the implementation problems, then it puts forward theCountermeasures to improve the analysis of problems and Countermeasures of thesuccess and the final results; finally the conclusion described before comparing newmodes of cooperation the old mode of cooperation by the success and the fullimplementation of the feasibility assessment.In the increasingly fierce competition in the market, product quality, price,development cycle and other factors will directly affect the products entering themarket reaction, without any product, any company is always in the lead, to lead, wemust change the development mode of cooperation, the old to change, to changerapidly to market demand must be quality, price, speed must become the leader of theindustry, in order to truly grasp the market share, profit maximization.In the F company and A company, must adjust the cooperation mode in order toadapt to market demand, not simply by quality win, now people pursuit ofcost-effective, high quality and appropriate price, but also have high efficiencyupgrading, it is able to adapt to current market needs product, only to grasp themarket, ahead of the market, to truly become the industry leader, remain invincible inthe increasingly fierce competition in the market.
