设计的剖面：问题意识与数据整合

【摘要】 在“社会创新与学科边界”这一框架下探讨平面设计,皆是因为来自现实的问题,为平面设计教育与职业发展的反思、重新定位提供了恰当的“时间窗口”。全球化背景以及媒介领域的转向,形成了巨大的问题场域与解题可能性。此时对于平面设计师,不仅需要横向思考,以独立的视角及理性判断精神,通过跨学科及多领域合作,获得新的信息或掌握新的方法,找到显含与隐含的“解题规则’：更需要从剖面的角度进行垂直性思考,将问题数据化处理,使感觉的、经验的对待问题的方式显性化,向以实地调研为基础的科学性研究转变,促进学科内的知识传递。持续性关注问题当前所在状态,及其潜在趋势。建立动态的问题分析模型,以使研究成果处于持续性竞争之中。从而在整体的把握下,做出合理决定,拥有预见能力,实现知识增长与学科进步。本文试图,一方面从批判性思考的角度,结合科学哲学领域内相关理论,探讨平面设计的问题意识的建构。另一方面,结合社会学中数据分析方法,MIT案例分析,简要阐明“数据整合”作为平面设计由实践本身向跨学科的知识管理与研究转型的可能介入路径,及此种方式对平面设计的边界拓展的意义。最后初步阐述了,问题意识与数据整合对平面设计未来观的启示。更多还原

【Abstract】 We discuss graphic design under the framework of social equalization and disciplinary boundaries, because the problems from reality provide the appropriate "time window" for critical thinking about the graphic design and reflection on this discipline. The huge problem field and the possibility of the solving problems, which result from both the globalization and the turning of the media field, make a higher demand on the graphic designer.For one thing, they are required to think laterally, gain the new information, grasp the method and find the clear as well as implied the "problem-solving rules" by using independent perspective and the spirit of rational judgment through interdisciplinary cooperation. For another, they should deal with problem by means of vertical thinking along with date processing. So that the way of the treating problems sensorial and experientially will be highlighted. Furthermore, this chance makes the transition to the scientific research on the basis of field research and promotes knowledge transfer within the discipline. In addition, designers need to concern not only the current state but also the potential trend of the research object. Then they should build dynamic analysis model. So the research findings can be in persistent competition. According to the grasp of the overall situation, designers are able to make rational decisions, to predict something, to achieve knowledge growth and also to academic progress at the same time.This paper attempts to discuss the construction of problem awareness of the graphic design adopting the methods in the field of philosophy of science from the perspective of critical thinking. In the second place, the author expounds briefly the probable transition ways of data integration as graphic design from the practice to the interdisciplinary knowledge management and research by data analysis methods in sociology and MIT case analyze. Meanwhile, the author points out the meaning of this transition to the expanding the boundary of graphic design. Finally the revelation of problem awareness and data integration to the future concept of graphic design will be elaborated preliminary.更多还原
