【摘要】 继制造业转移之后.全球服务业的大转移为中国经济提供了又一个巨大的发展机遇。作为中国服务外包试点城市之一,杭州近年来强势推进服务外包工作,致力于打造“国际知名的金融服务外包交付中心、国内领先的软件开发外包中心、中小企业托管应用管理中心”：本文试图通过对杭州金融服务外包、软件服务外包的竞争力以及服务外包经济效应进行实证研究,为这一产业的进一步发展提供政策建议。本文首先对服务外包的发展现状做了分析,然后运用因子分析法.对21个服务外包示范城市的金融服务外包竞争力以及软件服务外包竞争力分别进行实证研究,以判断杭州在这两大外包领域的实力。最后,运用回归分析的方法,对杭州服务外包的经济增长效应、就业效应以及技术溢出效应分别进行实证研究,以检验服务外包产业对杭州经济所作出的贡献。通过实证分析,本文得出了以下主要结论：(1)杭州的金融服务外包实力较强,在全国示范性城市甲排名第四。(2)杭州的软件服务外包竞争力在21个城市中排名第七：(3)杭州服务外包发展具有显著的经济效应及就业效应,但技术外溢效应尚不明显：更多还原

【Abstract】 Following the transfer of manufacturing industry, international service transfer gives China another great chance to develop economy. Hangzhou. as one of the service outsourcing model cities, is making every effort to promote development in service outsourcing industry recent years, to achieve the goal of being a city of global famous financial service outsourcing delivery center, soft development outsourcing leading center in china, and trusteeship application management center of small and medium enterprises. Through empirical analyses on financial outsourcing competitiveness. software outsourcing competitiveness and economic effect, the item of this thesis is to give government valuable advices to get better development in the service outsourcing industry.First of all. the thesis gives an introduction on the current situation about service outsourcing. Then, with the factor analysis, the thesis discusses competitive power in Hangzhou on financial sendce outsourcing and soft development outsourcing. After then, this thesis does empirical analyses about the influences of service outsourcing to economy, employment, and technology to inspect the contribution outsourcing industry makes to the economy in Hangzhou. In the last part, with the empirical analyses results, this thesis gives several advices as follows to get better development in the service outsourcing industry.This paper get several conclusions as follows:(1)Hangzhou ranked fourth in financial outsourcing service area.(2)Hangzhou ranked seventh in software outsourcing service area.(3)The development of Hangzhou service outsourcing industry has obvious economic growth effect and employment effect, while its technology effect can not be felt currently.更多还原
