黄山市饮食文化旅游开发研究

【摘要】 近年来,随着社会的发展,人们的旅游品味也在不断提升,人们期望在观赏自然人文景观的同时,更深入的了解各色文化。基于这种需求,文化旅游日渐成为人们出游的首选。饮食文化资源作为文化旅游资源的重要组成部分,也在逐步受到人们的青睐。挖掘饮食文化资源,发展特色旅游,不仅可以促进经济发展,还能够提升旅游的文化内涵及品质,推动旅游的可持续发展,无疑具有重要的研究意义。本文借鉴民俗文化旅游、非物质文化遗产旅游以及工业旅游的开发模式及相关学科知识,并结合饮食文化资源开发的原则与影响因素,尝试建立黄山市饮食文化旅游资源的开发模式,以期促进黄山市饮食文化旅游的开发与发展,创新黄山市旅游产品。文章共分为六个部分,首先阐述了本文的选题的背景及内容、研究的目的及意义、研究的难点及可能的创新点、研究的方法及研究思路;其次,对论文的研究综述,以及论文研究所依据的理论进行了阐述;再次,对黄山市饮食文化资源进行概况,并从非物质和物质层面将黄山饮食文化资源分为食资源、茶资源、酒资源等进行分类并分析了各种资源的开发价值,在此基础上,对黄山市饮食文化资源的开发现状及开发必要性进行阐述;然后分析了黄山市饮食文化资源的六点开发原则及开发过程中应考虑的因素,同时,制定了黄山市饮食文化资源开发模式框架;紧接着为实证研究,以歙县饮食文化旅游资源为对象,结合上文制定的开发模式进行实例研究,以此达到理论与实际相结合的目的;最后一部分为结论与展望,分析了本文的研究不足及后续研究问题,以此推动饮食文化资源开发的更进一步促进研究。

【Abstract】 In recent years, with the development of society, people’s travel tastes are also rising. sightseeing has been unable to meet the needs of tourists. Based on this requirement, cultural tourism is becoming the first choice for people traveling. Dietary and cultural resources are an important part of cultural tourism resources, and also accepted by people of all ages. Mining the diet of cultural resources, developing the tourism could promote economic development, enhance the cultural connotations and quality of tourism, and promote the sustainable development of tourism. Undoubtedly, It will has an important significance.This article draw on folk cultural tourism, intangible cultural heritage tourism and industrial tourism development model and related disciplines of knowledge, combined with eating cultural resource development principles and influencing factors, try to establish the development pattern of the diet of cultural tourism resources in Huangshan City Huangshan City in order to promote The diet of cultural tourism development and the development of innovative tourism products of Huangshan City.The article is divided into six parts, the first chapter is the introduction on the background of the topics and content, the purpose and significance of the study, the difficulty of the study and the possibility of innovation, research methods and research ideas; Chapter Ⅱ Review of the papers, as well as papers Institute based on the theory; Chapter Ⅲ of the Food Culture Resources in Huangshan City, and from the non-material and material aspects of the Huangshan diet and cultural resources into food resources, tea resources, wine resources classification and analysis value of the development of a variety of resources on this basis, Huangshan City, the development status of the dietary and cultural resources and develop the need for elaborate; Chapter six o’clock development principles and development process in the diet and cultural resources in Huangshan City should consider factors, formulated the framework of the Huangshan City Food Culture resource development model; Chapter empirical research, to Shexian food culture tourism resources, combined with the above formulation development model case study, in order to achieve the theoretical and practical combination of the purpose; the last part of the Conclusions and Prospects, inadequate research and follow-up study, in order to further promote research to promote food culture resources development.
