【摘要】 随着我国城市化的迅速发展,城市土地问题也日益复杂,传统的土地管理模式因此受到巨大挑战；20世纪90年代以来,我国城市土地管理信息化迅猛发展,信息技术也进一步地应用到土地管理中去,公众参与城市土地管理也就有了新的发展特点和趋势。在此背景下,公众参与城市土地管理成为城市可持续发展的一种可行性选择。因此,信息化背景下探讨城市土地管理中公众参与,对于促进民主参政理论研究,同时引导我国城市土地管理民主化、科学化发展具有非常重要的现实意义。本文首先在理清了公众参与相关概念的基础上,探讨了土地管理中公众参与的理论基础,基于我国城市信息化的发展,选取武汉市公众作为调查对象,在信息化背景下,武汉市城市土地管理中公众参与取得较大进展的同时也还存在着一些不容忽视的问题,如：公众参与度不高、政务信息公开发布机制不完善、公众参与影响力有限等。同时结合理论分析与实践研究,提出了信息时代完善武汉市城市土地管理中公众参与的建议,即增强公众参与城市土地管理意识,把信息技术应用到城市土地管理中；抓好政府门户建设,实现网络信息的互动：健全公众参与城市土地管理制度。本文共分为以下五个部分来进行阐述：第一部分为引言,介绍了研究背景、研究目的意义、国内外研究现状以及本文研究的主要内容、方法；第二部分是相关的概念界定与理论基础；第三部分对武汉市城市土地管理中公众参与的现状与问题及原因进行了分析；第四部分提出了完善武汉市城市土地管理中公众参与的建议。最后对本文的主要工作作出了总结,并提出了研究的不足和未来研究的方向。更多还原
