软件项目风险管理的研究与应用

【摘要】 随着现代化信息社会的发展、企业及个人对软件及相关配套设备需求的不断提高,软件及附属项目开发过程各个环节和流程存在很多的复杂性、不确定性及不完整性,软件项目风险越来越大,这里不仅是开发的流程问题,甚至是市场的需求及产品开发周期对市场反应的灵活度等问题对整体项目都会起到很大的影响,所以对软件项目的风险管理显得尤为重要。目前,出于各个领域的需要,对软件风险管理的研究也越来越广泛,针对现软件项目风险管理科学化问题,本文做了如下具体工作:首先,本文对国内外关于软件项目风险管理的研究成果进行研究和介绍;其次对软件项目风险管理的理论基础及定义以及软件项目风险管理的必要性进行了探讨。经过对软件项目风险管理和软件项目风险管理的经典模型进行研究,在将头脑风暴法、德尔菲法、层次分析法与模糊综合评价等技术引入到软件项目风险管理的基础上,提出一种基于风险控制的软件项目过程评估和优化方法,以软件项目风险大小作为评估当前软件项目过程优劣的依据,并从优化软件项目风险控制的视角对软件过程进行了优化。本文分析了软件风险管理的相关特点,给出一个以风险数据库为核心的风险监控系统架构和一个通用的风险数据库模式,并提出一个基于风险传递的软件风险优化控制模型和一个动态规划的软件风险控制离散优化算法,设计出一套完善的集风险识别、分析、计划和控制等软件项目风险管理基本功能为一体的,同时可以实现风险交流和风险学习的基于网络的软件项目风险信息管理系统,并给出了该软件的应用实例。

【Abstract】 With the development of modern information society, enterprises and individuals on the needs of software and related equipment continuously improve all aspects of the development process of software and ancillary items and processes there are a lot of complexity, uncertainty and incompleteness, the software project risk morethe larger here is not only the development process, or even of market demand and product development cycles and flexibility to the market reaction played a significant impact on the overall project will, so the software project risk management is particularly important.At present, the need for various fields, the study of software risk management is also growing a wide range of scientific problems for the current software project risk management, this article made the following specific work:Firstly, research and introduction of domestic and foreign research on software project risk management; discussed the theoretical basis of the software project risk management and the need for the definition of software project risk management. Study, on the basis of brainstorming, Delphi, analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of technology into the software project risk management is presented based on the classic model of software project risk management and software project risk management process evaluation and optimization methods of software project risk control the size of software project risk as a basis for assessing current software project process the merits of the software process optimization, and optimization of software project risk control perspective.This paper analyzes the characteristics of software risk management, given the risk of a risk database as the core monitoring system architecture and a common risk database schema, and the risk of a risk-based delivery software optimizing software risk control model and a dynamic programmingcontrol of discrete optimization algorithm to design a comprehensive set of risk identification, analysis, planning and control software project risk management function as a whole, risk communication and learning, web-based software project risk information management system can be achieved,and gives the instance of the software applications.
