基于模块化设计的智能恒电量腐蚀测试仪

【摘要】 金属腐蚀给国民经济带来巨大损失,腐蚀监测技术能够对金属腐蚀情况进行实时监测,便于采取防护措施,防止事故。随着计算机技术的迅猛发展,智能化腐蚀监测仪成为腐蚀监测的重要发展方向。本文综述了腐蚀电化学测量方法和恒电量方法在腐蚀监测中的应用。本文采用硬件模块化设计方法,以MCS-51单片机为控制核心研制了恒电量腐蚀测试应用系统,实现恒电量激励和测量,并可与PC机进行数据传输和处理。该单片机系统包括CPU与通讯模块、模/数-数/模转换与输入/输出模块、信号调理与放大模块、恒电量测试模块等,各模块通过系统总线交换信息;电化学接口模块主要由信号放大与采集电路组成各模块经硬件调试后达到设计要求。单片机应用系统软件采用MCS-51汇编语言编写,软件设计贯穿了结构化和模块化的思想,各程序模块分别编译调试后再连接定位成可执行文件写入EPROM中。PC机程序采用Visual Basic编写,Visual Basic是一种可视化程序设计语言,具有界面友好,操作方便等特点,利用Visual Basic编程语言中提供的MSComm控件,可以方便地与单片机系统进行串行通信。采用模拟电解池考核智能恒电量腐蚀监测仪,结果表明测试数据在允许误差内,完全满足工业现场腐蚀监测的要求。该仪器设计合理,结构紧凑,轻便易携,操作方便,性能稳定,测试精度高,同时模块化设计便于维修及功能扩展,适合于现场、定量、快速和无损检测。
【Abstract】 Metal corrosion has brought huge loss of the National Economic. Corrosion monitoring techniques can provides corrosion performance in real-time and thus early warnings of costly corrosion damage. Now the intelligent corrosion monitor based on single-chip microcomputer technique has become an important development direction in corrosion monitoring. The process and tendency at home and abroad in intelligent corrosion monitor are reviewed in this paper, at the same time, the coulostatic technology and its application in the corrosion monitoring has also been introduced.The coulostatic corrosion monitor is designed on the basis of MCS-51single-chip microcomputer technique and modularization priciples. The hardware of the apparatus included CPU and communication module, A/D-D/A and I/O module, signal adjust and amplifier module, and coulostatic measurenent module.The software design of the monitor applied MCS-51assembly language, it is well-structured and module. All program modules have been linked into an executable files after compiled separately, then copy to EPROM. PC programme used Visual Basic and Visual Basic is a visual programmable language with the character of user-friendly interface and easily-operation. Communicate between PC and monitor is realized through serial communication interface. Microsoft Comm Control (MSComm for short) provided by Visual Basic can be imbedded in the programs which are designed by the user.The simulation experiment based on equivalent circuit was carried on. The results can satisfy the request of the Corrosion Monitoring in industry. The monitor with a quality of high accuracy, well portability, nice stability and easily operation is very suitable for in-situ, rapid and nondestructive measurement.The design of the monitor is logical and the purpose desired has been obtained.
