【摘要】 社会主义新农村建设正在中国大地如火如荼的开展，生产发展、生活宽裕、乡风文明、村容整洁、管理民主，是对建设社会主义新农村的总体要求。2007年12月14日，经报请国务院同意国家发展和改革委员会批准武汉城市圈和长株潭城市群为全国两型社会建设综合配套改革试验区。两型社会指的是资源节约型、环境友好型社会。资源节约型、环境友好型是对长株潭地区包括浏阳在内的新农村建设的具体要求。新农村建设的核心内容之一是村庄规划建设，为节约利用资源，保持可持续发展，研究两型社会背景下的浏阳市新农村村庄规划，对于全面促进浏阳市的新农村建设的发展和两型社会建设具有十分重要的意义。随着社会主义新农村建设的开展和两型社会建设的推进，湖南的农村建设正迎来了前所未有的革新与发展机遇。在此背景下，积极探索出合理的农村住宅规划和设计成为一个值得探讨和重视的课题，本文结合浏阳市的实际情况，对积极建设资源节约型、环境友好型的社会主义新农村的住宅规划进行初步探讨，希望对湖南及其他地区的社会主义新农村建设起到有益的借鉴和推动作用。本论文总共分成五大章节：第一章为本文绪论部分，对选题的背景、核心概念定义、国内外研究现状分析、研究目的、意义及研究的方法和框架进行基本阐述；第二章分别从两型社会的研究和建设、国外农村建设的研究和实践国内农村建设的研究和实践两型社会建设中村庄规划设计之中分析其建设现状与发展状况；第三章介绍并分析了浏阳市新农村规划建设现状，浏阳市新农村村庄规划中存在的问题；第四章对农村居住文化研究、村庄生态承载力和环境容量研究、村庄住宅规划中低污染和污染无害化问题研究、结合村庄整治规划提高村庄人居环境质量，总结其环境友好的村庄规划方法；第五章对村庄类型与住宅类型研究、村庄规划中节地问题研究、村庄规划中节能问题研究、村庄规划中节水问题研究、村庄规划中节材问题研究、并结合浏阳市新农村村庄规划实例来探索其两型社会背景下的村庄规划策略更多还原

【Abstract】 The construction of new socialist countryside in China earth like a raging firedevelopment, production development, well-off life, rural civilization, clean and tidyvillage, democratic management, is to build the new socialist countryside overalldemand. In December14,2007, the report to the State Council for nationaldevelopment and Reform Commission approved the Wuhan city circle and theChangsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan city group as the two type society construction pilotzone for overall reform. Two type society refers to a resource saving, environmentfriendly society. Resource saving, environment friendly in Chang-Zhu-Tan areaincluding Liuyang, new rural construction specific requirements. New ruralconstruction is one of the core contents of the village planning and construction, inorder to save resources, sustainable development, study of two type society ofLiuyang under the background of new rural residential planning, to promote the newrural construction in Liuyang city development and construction of two type societyhas very important significance.Along with the socialism new rural construction development and two type socialconstruction, rural reconstruction in Hunan has got hitherto unknown developmentopportunity and innovation.
