NGY_JXJY管理系统规划与实施关键研究

【摘要】 随着信息技术和经济社会的飞速发展,信息系统已经成为各行各业保持竞争力、赖以生存的基础,数据集中化高效管理是信息系统发展的必然结果。苏州市农村干部学院近几年来继续教育发展迅速,招生项目不断增加、业务类型不断扩展、合作单位不断增多,学员情况不断变化、工作要求不断提高,为了能够又快又好的发展继续教育事业,苏州市农村干部学院应该开发适合自身业务发展的管理信息系统,通过整合现有各类继续教育平台,有效分配各类资源,重构各项业务流程,实现各项目各环节数据共享和各业务项目的集中管理、集中运营,提高工作效率,支撑继续教育工作的科学发展。本文在对苏州市农村干部学院继续教育发展现状进行分析的基础上,提出了开发苏州市农村干部学院教学教务管理系统(以下简称NGY_JXJY管理系统)的重要性和紧迫性。为了保证项目的成功,采用了项目管理、信息系统开发的知识和方法并结合NGY_JXJY管理信息系统开发的项目背景和特点,对系统进行了需求分析、规划与设计、实施关键、预期效果、结论与展望等方面的分析和研究。本文在具体的研究中形成了一套管理的方法和程序,对同类型管理信息系统的规划和实施具有较好的借鉴价值,是项目管理知识在信息系统领域内的灵活运用。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of the information technology and the economic society, information system has become the force to remain competitive and the ground of subsistence in all industries. It is inevitable for information system development to be efficient in data centralization management. In recent years, the development of further education, the enrollment, the types of business, cooperation units, the changes of students and the work requirement meet a variety of new situations in Suzhou Country Cadre Institute. In order to expand further education in a quick and good way, it is necessary for Suzhou Country Cadre Institute to explore a management information system of its own, so as to realize the sharing of every project and link data and the centralized management and operation of the business project, to enhance the efficiency of work and to support the scientific development of further education.This paper puts forward the importance and urgency of teaching educational administration management system of Suzhou Contry Cadre Institute based on the analysis of the school’s present situation. In order to guarantee the success of the project, this paper makes a good analysis of the system requirement, planning and design, the key implementation, the expected effect, its conclusions and prospect by the means of project management and the knowledge and method of system exploration with the background and features of this system.A set of management method and program has been formed in this research, which is of good reference value for the planning and implementation of similar management information system and also an application of project management in the field of information system.更多还原
