ZL公司4500t/d水泥熟料生产线工程项目可行性分析

【摘要】 建材工业是我国国民经济发展的支柱产业之一,从2001年开始,中国水泥工业进入了新型干法水泥的快速增长期,我国水泥结构调整发生了巨大变化。在此背景下,本文对南京ZL水泥有限公司拟建的4500t/d新型干法水泥熟料生产线工程项目投资合理性进行论证。本文运用现代项目管理的基本理论,遵循项目可行性研究的工作程序,结合水泥市场的特点及具体情况,采用科学的方法,从项目开发的必要性、项目开发的宏观和微观背景、开发的内容及进度安排、市场分析与风险分析、技术方案、经济指标分析等方面来全面、充分的可行性研究,以确定该工程项目的可行性,为投资决策提供可靠的依据。最后,综合各方面的指标,对该项目是否值得投资建设和怎样投资建设提出了建议,为同类型项目的可行性分析提供借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 Building materials industry is one of the pillar industries of China’s national economy development.Beginning in2001, China’s cement industry has entered into a period of rapid growth of new dry cement, and the structural adjustment of cement in China makes great changes.In this context, the assessment of the4500t/d cement clinker production line engineering project of Nanjing ZL Cement Company is proposed.In this paper, with the help of the basic principles of modern project management, project evaluation and the general process of project evaluation, meanwhile, combining with the characteristics and the specific situation of the cement market and using the scientific method, we discuss the necessity of the project development, macro and micro environment and we evaluate the market analysis and risk analysis, technical proposal and other aspects of the program to ensure the project feasibility. Finally, according to all indicators, conclusions and recommendations are given which can give advice to the feasibility analysis of similar programs.更多还原
