流涎薄膜生产机组自动控制系统关键技术研究

【摘要】 流涎薄膜生产机组是一类复杂的机械产品,主要用于生产CPP、CPE流涎薄膜、保鲜膜、粘结膜等。机组主要由上料装置、挤出装置、流涎装置、测厚、电晕处理装置以及收卷装置组成,高速化、智能化以及精密化是其近年来发展的趋势。本文以流涎薄膜生产机组为具体研究对象,针对流涎薄膜生产线相关控制技术进行了研究,论文主要研究内容如下:(1)根据流涎薄膜生产工艺,结合流涎薄膜生产自动控制系统的控制需求,提出了一种基于Profibus现场总线通讯的包括上位机监控、触摸屏现场监控和PLC底层控制在内的三层控制体系结构,并完成了系统的总体结构和软件总体功能设计。(2)针对流涎薄膜生产线中多电机同步控制存在参数时变、非线性、容易受负载扰动以及对象模型不确定等问题展开研究,综合分析了多电机同步控制系统的特点,结合流涎薄膜生产机组实际的控制需求,提出了一种基于神经网络PID控制器的偏差耦合多电机同步控制方案,设计了神经网络PID控制器,并进行了仿真和实验验证,结果表明该控制方案能够较好的实现流涎机组的多电机同步控制。(3)针对挤出机料筒温度控制进行了研究,分析了挤出机料筒温度控制的原理、系统构成以及工艺要求,确立了系统的控制结构。并针对温度控制时滞、惯性大等特点,提出了基于模糊神经网络的挤出机温度控制方案,设计了模糊神经网络PID控制器,进行了仿真验证,结果表明该控制算法稳定性能好,自适应、自学习能力强,相对传统的控制方案能更好的实现挤出机料筒的温度控制。(4)在流涎薄膜生产自动控制系统总体结构设计的基础上,对控制系统的软硬件实现进行了研究,包括系统硬件选型、硬件组态、网络组态,PLC控制程序、过程监控程序以及系统整体通讯的设计。最后进行了现场的调试和整体的运行验证,结果表明本文设计的流涎薄膜生产机组自动控制系统,能够满足流涎薄膜生产的工艺要求,并且系统能够稳定运行,提高了薄膜生产的效率。

【Abstract】 The film casting unit is a calss of complex mechanical products, mainly used for the production of the CPP、CPE casting film、cling film and so on.The unit is mainly composed with the feeding system, extrusion part, salivation part, thickness measurement, the corona treatment section and the winding part. Development trend of unit is more intelligent, higher speed and more accurate. With the film casting unit to the specific object of study, the control techniques of those unit have been studied. The research contents include the following aspects:(1) According to the automatic control requirements of the casting film production and the specific process, a strategy of control system based on the Profibus communication, including the PC monitoring, touch screen on-site monitoring and underlying control of the PLC, is proposed. The overall structure of the system design and the overall functional design of the software are proposed too.(2) According to need and feature of the multi-motor synchronous control system, which have nonlinear, time-varying, load disturbance characters, a strategy of realtive coupling control for multi-motor synchronization based on neural network PID control is proposed and the neural network PID controller is designed.Simulation results showed that the control strategy can effectively achieve the multi-motor synchronous control function of the film casting unit.(3) Based on the analysis of the temperature control principle and characters, a strategy of temperature control based on fuzzy neural network is proposed and the fuzzy neural network PID controller is designed. Simulation results showed better performance than the traditional temperature control strategy.(4) The implemention process of the control system are described in detail, including the selection and configuration of the hardware, the configuration of the network,control procedures of the PLC,procedures of the process monitoring and system design of the overall communication.Finally, the results of site commissioning and overall running showd that the automatic control system can meet the requirements of the casting film production process, the control system is stable and the efficiency and the film production is improved.
