【摘要】 本文在系统地阐述现代项目管理理论的基础上,结合香河220kV输变电工程,对输变电工程项目进度管理开展研究。本文以具体工程项目为基础,从项目范围确定、WBS分解、活动历时估计、一级和二级进度计划制定,到进度计划的实施、检查、影响因素分析、计划控制等项目进度管理全过程入手,把项目管理尤其是进度管理理论和工作实际相结合,取得了一些管理实效,为输变电工程项目进度的现场管理建立了实用的管理模型,具有较强的指导意义和现实意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper systematically expounded the modem project management theory based on the combination of220kV project, Xianghe, on the power transmission project management research. Based on the practical engineering project as the foundation, from the project scope, WBS decomposition, activity duration estimation, a level and two level scheduling, schedule plan, examination, influencing factors, such as the progress of the project management plan to control the whole process of project management, especially the schedule management theory and reality, made a number of management, as the power transmission project site management to establish a practical management model, has a strong guiding significance and practical significance.更多还原
