【摘要】 新时期,“三农”问题已关系到我国社会主义建设事业的成败,如何普及先进的农业知识、全面提高农业人员的素质,增强我国农业的整体竞争力成为我国发展农业的首要任务。要解决这些问题,光靠国家从政策上减轻农民负担、搞好农业结构调整和完善管理结构是不够的,最关键的问题是解决人才储备问题。新时期,面对经济全球化、知识经济化以及信息技术的飞跃式发展,大学生成为我国科教兴国战略的主要力量,而农科大学生则成为我们科教兴农的主力军,如何发挥农科大学生的专业优势、有效的引导大学生树立服务“三农”的意识显得尤为重要。农科院校作为培养农业专业人才的重要基地,由于种种原因,各农业高校发展呈现出不平衡的状态,在对大学生进行世界观、人生观、价值观、就业观教育中,有些学校忽视了农科大学生服务“三农”意识的教育和培养,部分农科院校虽意识到此项工作的重要意义,但是缺乏系统的、完善的培养机制,未将对农科大学生服务“三农”意识的培养上升为职业理想的层面与高度。本文以农科大学生的职业理想为出发点,通过设计调查问卷,了解当前农科大学生就业趋向,提出农科大学生服务“三农”职业理想的层次,并结合职业理想的分层深入分析农科大学生服务“三农”职业理想形成的动因,并对农科大学生服务“三农”职业理想形成的途径和方法进行探讨。为各农业高校在大学生思想政治教育、就业指导等方面提供可参考资料,为引导农科大学生树立服务“三农”职业理想培养机制的建立提出可参考意见。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the new period, the problems related to agriculture, rural areas, and farmers has already have a relation to the success and failure of construction of the cause of socialism, the top priority of our nation’s agricultural development is how to spread the advanced agriculture knowledge, how to improve the quality of agricultural workers in all aspects, and how to enhance the overall competitiveness of our country’s agriculture. The key to solve these problems is talent reserves, not only depending on the policies to reduce the burden on farmers, transformation of agricultural structure, and perfection of management structure. In the new period, university students have been the main power of the national science and education strategy confronted with economic globalization, leap-forward development of information technology, while for some students who graduated from the agricultural universities, they are the main force of the agricultural development through science and education, how to take the professional advantages of them and how to guide undergraduates to establish awareness about contributions to agriculture, rural areas, and farmers are very important. For various reasons, imbalances are appearing on the development of the agricultural universities which are the important base for bringing up talents, some agricultural universities neglect education and training of the awareness about contributions to agriculture, rural areas, and farmers in the process of educating students’views on world, life, value and job, although some of them are aware of the importance of this kind of education and train, they don’t rise the aware of contributions to agriculture, rural areas, and farmers to the level and height of career ideals because of lack of systematic and comprehensive train mechanism. In order to know the employment trends of students graduated from agricultural universities, this article consider career ideals of students from agricultural universities as a starting point through designing questionnaire, proposing the level of career ideals of contributions to agriculture, rural areas, and farmers, deeply analyzing the motivations to ideal of contributions to agriculture, rural areas, and farmers of students from agricultural universities by combining the career ideals, probing the means and ways about formation of ideal of contributions to agriculture, rural areas, and farmers of students from agricultural universities, which can provide reference materials for the ideological and political education, guide on employment of students in agricultural universities, and can also provide the reference comments for lead students in agricultural universities to establish career ideals for contributions to agriculture, rural areas, and farmers.更多还原
