XX公司减速箱质量控制研究

【摘要】 在全球经济一体化的大背景下,质量已经成为企业核心竞争力的基本要素之一,是企业实现长期发展的关键。起源于美国摩托罗拉的六西格玛管理模式和开始于日本的精益生产,在其实践和逐步完善的过程中开始相互融合,最终形成六西格玛精益理论,其应用早已不仅限于最初的质量改进的方法或生产方式的改变,而成为深入到企业的各个环节的一整套管理理念和系统方法,为企业实现现代化管理提供了有效的途径。XX公司是一机械设备-减速机的生产厂家,生产体系属于拉动式生产,即生产完全根据客户需求进行。同时,XX公司属于小批量生产企业。众所周知,拉动式生产的前提是稳定的质量控制,只有较高的质量控制水平,才能实现拉动式生产的目标-以最少的投入实现最大的产出,同时,小批量的拉动式生产,对供应商的掌控难度大,更加大了质量控制的难度。本文立足于XX公司的质量管理现状,用精益六西格玛的管理理念和管理工具,遵循DMAIC的问题解决方法,本着预防质量的原则,从内部关键零件的质量控制、供应商管理和流程再造三个方面对质量管理中的问题进行定性及定量分析,寻求最佳的质量控制方案,并实现有效实施。

【Abstract】 Six Sigma management mode, which originated in Motorola and Lean production, which began from Toyota, began to interact with each other during the process of application in practice and gradual improvement, finally form the theory of lean Six Sigma theory, the application of the theory has no longer limited to the quality improvement and change of production style long time ago, but a kind of comprehensive management theory and systematical method, which has been wildly used in each segments in company in the world, and provide the company effective way to modern management.XX company produces gear units, she follows pulling production style, only begins to produce when customers need. At the same time, XX company is of small batch production style. As we all know, the necessary premise of pulling production is high level of quality control, only with this premise, the company of pulling production can reach the target of realizing the biggest output with the smallest input, at the same time, the pulling production of small batch is more difficult to control suppliers, so raise the degree of difficulty of quality management.Based on the current quality management situation of XX company, the article uses lean six sigma management spirit and management tools, follows the problem-solving method-DMAIC, stands on the principle of prevention quality management, analyzes from three aspects, including quality control of internal key parts、supplier management and process reengineering of quality communication, by using method of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis, chasing for the best scheme of quality control, and realize effective execution.
