【摘要】 自进入20世纪90年代,全球经济呈现一体化的竞争趋势。市场竞争在全球愈演激烈,各类企业被迫面对个性化、主体化、多样化的消费者。此时,若企业仍沿用传统库存管理思想,将面临被淘汰的可能,因此基于供应链视角库存管理是首选的解决方案。通过供应商到顾客全过程的涵盖,供应链库存管理能够帮助企业获得竞争优势。研究供应链环境下的库存管理,不仅可以帮助B公司改善库存管理,降低运营成本,提高面对市场的反应速度,同时对于日后开展库存管理改进的同类型企业具有一定参考价值。本文首先对供应链、库存管理及供应链环境下的库存管理相关理论做了介绍,在此基础上分析了B公司的库存管理情况。文中重点分析库存商品配置、存货资产比率、库存周转率等指标,由此发现B公司的库存管理系统与客户之间的库存管理合作模式不匹配、市场信息调研不足等问题。B公司实施基于供应链视角的库存管理改进办法,目标是降低成本、保证产品的现货供应水平以及提高控制最高库存水平。因此,在供应链库存管理思想的指导下,本文针对B公司库存管理方面存在的问题提出改进生产及检验流程、运用库存模型控制原材料库存、激励供应商、加快信息化建设等供应链库存管理改进建议,对于B公司具有很大指导意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 As the global economy step into the the1990s, the integration has became a increasingly clear trend, the fierce competition in the global market brings enterprise to meet a diversification of personalized influenced consumers. The original inventory management thoughts already cannot adapt to the new market competition, supply chain management concept intrude, this concept make the process of supplier to the customer from all coverage, including outsourcing, production, inventory management, transportation, distribution, customer service and so on. Study The supply chain in the environment of inventory management, can not only help to improve inventory management of B company to realize a realistic goal, still can help enterprises to improve the market reaction speed, lower operating costs, while, in inventory management improvement in the future with the types of enterprise also to have the certain reference value.At first supply chain, inventory management and supply chain under the environment of inventory management related theory is presented, based on these this article then make analysis to B company stock management situation. after analyzing the inventory goods configuration, inventory assets ratio, inventory turnover and some other9index, this paper found B company stock management system exists many problems such as the cooperation pattern between customers and inventory management is not reasonable, market information, research is insufficient, slow to respond, inventory control methods are simple, purchasing strategy behind. To B company for supply chain inventory management improvement goal is to help reduce the cost, to guarantee B company product supply from stock level, control levels of inventory at the highest.Therefore, in the supply chain under the guidance of the concept of inventory management, this paper puts forward the production process improvement, inventory management improvement, supplier relations improvement, procurement management improvement, speed up the construction of information on supply chain inventory management improvements, for B company has great theoretical and practical significance.更多还原
