【摘要】 资源紧缺和环境污染,很早前就已成为社会各界所密切关注的话题。随着生产力的不断发展,经济改革的逐步深化,废旧产品的再制造现象引起了经济研究者的关注。面对环境污染的加剧,再制造充分关注了废旧产品再利用的有效性；但是,制造商本身对于废旧产品再制造的操控存在一定的困难,而近年来外包行业的兴起,为这一现象提供了一种新的解决途径。在外包背景下进行废旧产品再制造的对策研究,要求转变传统的废旧产品观念,准确理解再制造的内涵,积极探索新的再制造形式,使废旧产品的利用呈现多元化。本论文基于文献分析,立足于废旧产品回收与利用的现状,从再制造产品回收拆卸,再制造多级库存控制,及再制造供应链协调模型的处理等方面,对废旧产品再制造情况进行了深入地研究。首先,引入外包策略能更好地满足再制造企业实际生产的需求,较好地解决了在自主拆卸中再制造企业的拆卸能力不足的问题,使得再制造产业供应链中的拆卸数量与再制造需求达到平衡。其次,构建了两种基于外包的废旧产品再制造模型,考虑零件和成品二级库存,体现外包和再制造这两方面对制造商成品库存,零件库存以及生产活动的影响,并推导出成本最优的目标函数,确定最优生产和订货批量,实践决策具有一定的指导意义。最后,研究了在的制造商的生产能力有限而不能满足市场需求的条件下,达到利润最大化从而进一步产生双赢效果的供应链协调问题。随着制造商与外包商的合作深化,制造商帮助外包商建立和加强再制造生产流程,使外包商逐步形成生产所缺货物的能力。进而根据外包商提供的延期支付的时间确定外包比例,最终达到供应链利润最大化的目标。更多还原

【Abstract】 The problems of scarcity of resources and environmental pollution has been a concerning topic in the public for a long time. With the continuous development of the productivity, and the gradual deepening of economic reform, the phenomenon of waste products’ remanufacturing has attracted the economists’attention. Facing the deterioration of the environment, remanufacturing has paid attention to the effectiveness of the recycling of waste products. However, manufacturers themselves have some difficulties in the control of the waste products’ remanufacturing while the rising of outsourcing industry has also provided a new solution to this phenomenon.In order to research on the remanufacturing of waste products in the outsourcing environment, we need to change the traditional concept, accurately understand the intension of remanufacturing, and actively explore new remanufacturing form to make the remanufacturing various and the recycling and utilization of waste products diverse. This paper is based on literature analysis, and research deeply on remanufacturing in the aspect of the recycling and disassembly of remanufacturing products, multi-level inventory control of waste products’remanufacturing and supply chain coordination model of waste products remanufacturing in accordance with the status of the recovery and utilization of waste products.Firstly, introduce the outsourcing strategy to better meet the needs of practical production and manufacturing enterprises, solved in independent disassembly in remanufacturing enterprises disassembly problem of insufficient capacity, make manufacturing industry supply chain disassembly quantity and manufacturing demand balance.Secondly, constructing two outsource based on Waste Products Remanufacturing model, considering the parts and finished the two echelon inventory, embodiment of outsourcing and remanufacturing of these two aspects of manufacturers inventory, spare parts inventory and production activities, and knocked out cost optimal objective function, to determine the optimal production and order quantity, decision-making with practice certain guiding significance.Finally, consider when manufacturers in production capacity are limited, can not meet the market demand, research to achieve profit maximization problem of supply chain coordination. As the manufacturer and vendor cooperation deepening, manufacturers to help contractors build and strengthen the remanufacturing process, so that the outsourcing business is gradually have the ability to produce the missing goods.
