【摘要】 在当前毕业生数量增多,就业形势严峻的情况下,创业成为了越来越多大学生改变生活、实现抱负的方式。促进中小企业发展,促进科技企业发展也是国家政策的倾向,这些条件极大地加速了大学生创业的发展。然而,大学生创业的成功率是非常低的,如何让大学生更有效的去创业已成为越来越多投资者、研究者、从业者所关注的话题。本文通过总结先前研究的结论,结合对上海市大学生科技创业基金会资助的创业者所做的问卷调查,通过回归分析以及归纳分析讨论了大学生创业成功的关键因素。大学生自身应具备或培养成的一些个人素质和拥有的一些客观条件将左右大学生创业的成败。文章分析表明,经验、创业者性格特质等是大学生创业成功关键的因素。文章对大学生创业的现状提出了相应的对策。希望本文的研究结论对即将或正在创业的大学生能提供一定的指导意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 As the increasing in the number of graduates, the employment situation is grim. Entrepreneurship chosen by more and more students has becomes the way to change their lives and achieve the ambitions. The tendency of national policy promoting the small and medium-sized enterprises and technology enterprises, accelerates the development of entrepreneurship of college students. However,, how to operate their own business more effectively becomes a topic of concern by more and more investors, researchers and practitioners because of the low success rate of the entrepreneurship. This article will summarize the conclusions of previous studies, with the questionnaire survey of University Students in Shanghai Technology Innovation Foundation-funded entrepreneurs, to analyze the critical success factors of college students entrepreneurship. Some personal qualities and objective conditions possessed by college students will assist or not to achieve the success of regression analysis and inductive analysis. Article analysis shows experience, personality characteristics of entrepreneurs and so on are the key factors for university students’ successful entrepreneurship. The article make the countermeasures for the present situation of college students entrepreneurship. I hope the conclusions of this article can guide some college students significantly who are will or already have their own business.更多还原
