【摘要】 在信息化高度发展的今天,计算机及网络技术成熟发展已经使其成为日常工作中必不可少的工具和手段。高等职业院校学生评优工作是通过对学生在校期间全方位的表现进行衡量和把握,从而对学生的整体素质做出判断和评价的教育实践活动。结合信息技术,高等职业院校学生评优工作应该且必须从传统的手工工作方式上脱离出来,进而实现评优工作的高效、准确、公正和开放。同时,高校本身办学特色的不同决定在评优工作中对学生特定方面特长的侧重引导也是评优系统的重要使命,本论文的目的是有针对性的对河北软件职业技术学院的学生综合素质测评工作开发一套能够满足学院管理需要的且能够实现方便快捷的数据分析、统计、管理与维护的同时具有一定导向作用的、界而简洁明了、功能操作方便的计算机管理系统。论文从介绍系统的开发目的开始,论述了开发系统的技术环境,并从需求分析入手、详细的讨论各功能模块的功能。系统共分为四个功能模块,系统管理员模块、系二级竹理员模块、辅导员模块、学生模块,而学生模块与辅导员模块是系统使用最主要的功能单元,论述中详细介绍这两个模块的具体功能实现过程。本系统使用C#编写代码,借助.net控件技术,Microsoft SQL Sever2005作为后台数据库,利用ADO.net访问数据库中的数据表,深入的研究和讨论.net平台下基于B/S结构的应用系统软件过程。系统结合高职院校评优工作的特点,为学生工作教师和同学带来了切实的方便之处,具有其自身的现实意义和创新之处：(1)本系统通过对河北软件职业技术学院学生工作自身特点进行了细致入微的需求分析,并在开发过程中时刻与院学生处管理部门教师沟通,随时调整系统细节功能,有针对性的进行系统的开发,能够卓有成效的提高学院学生综合测评工作的管理水平。能够做到系统开发与使用紧密结合。(2)本系统利用C#+ASP. NET+SQL Server+Windows2003Server开发平台,基于B/S模式,采用ASF.NET和ADO.NET技术。具有良好的开放性和可扩充性、无须开发客户端软件,减少整个系统的成本,维护和升级方便、能与Internet应用很好的结合起来、有利于数据的收集、良好的图形化界面、操作简单方便等特点(3)本系统针对河北软件学院特点开发，有效的降低了学生管理工作教师以往手工统计的工作强度,提高了劳动效率；同时，由于采用网络系统管理,能够做到“公平、公正、公开”,严肃了学生综合测评的公正性和权威性更多还原

【Abstract】 Thanks to the mature development of computer and network technology, they have become the indispensable tool and way for the daily work in this highly developed information technology times. The evaluation work in higher vocational college is the educational practice work, in which the overall performance of students during the school time is evaluated and measured to make a judgment and evaluation of student’s quality. In the light of information technology, the evaluation work in higher vocational college should and must be evolved from the traditional manual work in order to reach the efficiency, accuracy, fairness, and openness of the evaluation work. At the same time, it is important mission of the evaluation system how to guide the development of students’ specialty according to the specific requirement under the college specific characteristics. This paper is targeted to develop a guidance computer management system with the characteristic of simple and clearness, and friendliness in operation and function, which is used for the students’ comprehensive quality assessment in Hebei Software Institute to meet its management requirement by achieving quick and easy data analysis and statistics,The paper starts from introducing the purposes of this system development, moves to discuss the technical environment of the system development and discuss in details the function of each functional module for the perspective of requirement. The system is divided into four functional modules, the system administrator module, the modules of department administrator, counselor module, and student module. Student module and counselor module are the most important functional units, whose module implementation process will be specifically discussed.This system uses C#to write code,".net" control technology, the Microsoft SQL Sever2005as a back-end database, and ADO.net to access data in a database table to make an in-depth study and discussion of the B/S structured application system processing in the platform of ".net"The system combines the characteristics of the evaluation work of vocational colleges to benefit teachers and students and has its practical significance and innovation:(1) Based on a detailed analysis of the students work in Hebei Software Institute and adjusted the specific function in the development process to meet the new needs of Students Management Administration, this system can effectively improve the management level of the comprehensive evaluation work to the college students and reach the integration between system development and its application. (2) This system development uses the platform of C#+ASP NET+SQL Server+Windows2003Server on the basis of B/S mode, and applies the technology of ASP.NET and ADO.NET. It has the advantages of openness and scalability without the development of client software, which reduces overall system cost, makes maintenance and upgrade job easy and convenient, and combines well with Internet to reach the characteristics of data collection, a good graphical interface, the operating simpleness and convenience.(3) Based on the characteristics of the Hebei Software Institute, this system effectively reduced the work intensity of student management teachers, who did statistic data by hand, and improved the labor efficiency. At the same time, due to the network management system, it reaches "fairness, impartiality, and openness" and enhances the impartiality and authority of the comprehensive evaluation of students.更多还原
