容城110kV智能变电站的二次系统方案及实施研究

【摘要】 电网是关系到国民经济命脉的基础产业和公用事业。现代电网的发展已经迎来机遇与挑战并存的关键期。一方面,电网需要应对日益严峻的资源和环境压力,实现大范围的资源优化配置,提高全天候运行能力,满足能源结构调整的需要,适应电力体制改革;另一方面,输配电、发电、信息化、智能化等技术的进步也为解决这一系列问题提供了坚实的技术支持。因此,智能电网成为现代电力工业发展的必由之路。智能变电站是采用先进、可靠、集成、低碳、环保的智能设备,以全站信息智能化通信平台网络化、信息共享标准化为基本要求,自动完成信息采集、测量、控制、保护、计量和监测等基本功能,并可根据需要支持电网实时自动控制、智能调节、在线分析决策、协同互动等高级功能的变电站。本文搜集了现有成熟的智能化设备特点,通过与传统变电站技术设备的比较,在相关智能变电站技术导则的指导下,提出了容城110kV智能变电站的二次系统实施方案。采用具备DL/T860(IEC61850)通信规约的计算机监控系统,分层分布式的网络结构,全站分为站控层、间隔层和过程层。站控层至间隔层之间采用100M以太网;间隔层至过程层采用点对点通信方式,通信介质采用光纤。网络方式上,采用点对点SMV+GOOS总线方式;保护装置采用“直采直跳”方式。通过对变电站的分层分布,网络结构和系统通信,二次设备的配置等方面的优化站提高了变电站通信的效率,保证了保护的动作可靠性,选择性,速动性。智能变电站是未来变电站的发展方向和必然趋势,通过智能变电站与传统变电站的对比,阐述了110kV智能变电站设计要点,并对其站控层、过程层、间隔层的实现进行了详细的描述,进而对110kV智能变电站设计方案进行了探讨。

【Abstract】 The power grid is related to the basic industries and public utilities which is the lifeline of the national economy. The development of modern power grid has usher in a critical period of opportunities and challenges. On one hand, the power grid has to cope with the increasing pressure on resources and environment, achieving a wide range of resource optimization, improving the ability of all day long operation, fit in with the needs of energy restructuring, adapt the to structural reform of electric power system. On the other hand, With the development of technology,such as transmit and distribute electricity, power generation, information technology, digital technology provide the technical support to solve the problems. Therefore, the smart grid become the inevitable course in the development of modern electric power industry.Intelligent substation is the use of advanced, reliable, integrated, low-carbon, environmentally friendly, smart devices, station information intelligent communications network platform, the standardization of information sharing for the basic requirements, auto-complete the information collection, measurement, control, protection, metering andthe basic functions of monitoring, according to the power grid of the need to support real-time automatic control, intelligent regulation, on-line analysis of the decision-making, collaborative interaction and advanced features such as substations. Collected mature characteristics of intelligent devices, by comparison with traditional substation equipment related Intelligent Substation guidelines under the guidance of Rongcheng110kV intelligent substation secondary system implementation of the program:with the DL/T-860communication protocol (IEC61850) of the computer monitoring system, the use of hierarchical distributed network architecture, the station into the station level, bay level and process level.100M Ethernet; station control layer to the spacer layer between the spacer layer to the process level using point-to-point communication using optical fiber communication medium. Network approach, the use of point to point the SMV+GOOS bus way; protection device to direct mining beating. Hierarchical distribution substation, the stations of the network structure and system optimization of the communication, the configuration of the secondary equipment to improve the efficiency of the substation communication, to ensure the protection of operating reliability, selectivity, speed mobility.Intelligent substation is the future direction of development of the substation and the inevitable trend of intelligent substation and substation contrast, on the design features of the intelligent substation of110kV, and the station level, the process layer, the spacer layer to achieve a detailed description ofand then discussed the design of intelligent substation of110kV.
