【摘要】 大型贵重精密仪器设备是高校仪器设备的重要组成部分,是高等院校实现科研人才培养、科学研究、知识创新以及技术创新的物质基础和必要工具,也是反映高等院校科研水平的重要标志之一。作为高等院校重要的战略性科技资源,大精设备的使用管理情况在高校培养创新型人才、产生高水平科研成果等方面起着举足轻重的作用。随着高等教育改革的不断深入,高等院校大精设备的投资不断加大,但目前,高等院校大精设备的使用管理情况并不理想,普遍存在闲置或利用率低的情况。因此,对大精设备的使用效益进行评价研究,对高等院校提高设备管理水平具有重要的现实意义。本文旨在通过对高等院校大精设备使用效益评价基础理论的介绍,构建高等院校大精设备使用效益的评价指标体系,并选取某高校为研究对象,对学校的大精设备使用效益进行综合评价,以期在高等院校大精设备使用效益评价理论方法和评价指标体系方面做出一些探索。文章首先分析课题研究的背景和意义,以及国内外的研究现状；然后,阐述了有关高等院校大精设备使用效益评价的基本理论。在此基础上,运用体系的确定原则,构建了高等院校大精设备使用效益的评价指标体系,并以某211重点高校某校区的大精设备使用效益进行了评价研究。最后,总结了本文的主要结论,并对下一步的研究工作做出了展望。更多还原

【Abstract】 Large-scale precision instruments and equipment is an important component of university equipment. It is not only the material basis and necessary tools of R&D personnel training, scientific research, knowledge innovation and technological innovation, but also an important indication of the level of scientific research. As an important strategic technology resource, the use and management of large-scale precision instruments and equipment in universities plays an important role in developing innovative talents and producing a high level scientific research, etc. With the deepening of higher education reform, the investment of large-scale precision instruments and equipment in universities continued to increase. However, at the present time, the use and management of large-scale precision instruments and equipment in universities is not satisfactory. Idleness or low utilization rate prevailed. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to have research on the use efficiency of large-scale precision instruments and equipment, in order to improve the level of equipment management in universities.This paper aims to introduce the basic theory of the evaluation of use efficiency of large-scale precision instruments and equipment in universities, and to build an evaluation index system of the use efficiency of large-scale precision instruments and equipment. Selecting a University as a research object, the paper has an evaluation of the use efficiency of large-scale precision instruments and equipment. All these works just want to do some exploration on the theoretical methods and index system of evaluation of use efficiency of large-scale precision instruments and equipment in universities.The paper first analyzes the background and significance of research and the research status in China and abroad. Then, it describes the basic theory of the evaluation of use efficiency of large-scale precision instruments and equipment. On this basis, according to the principles of building index system the paper builds the evaluation index system of use efficiency of large-scale precision instruments and equipment in universities, and makes an evaluation on a211Projict university. Finally, the paper summarizes the main conclusions, and put forward the issues for further research.更多还原
