变电站继电保护二次系统接地技术方案研究

【摘要】 随着变电站自动化的不断普及,继电保护装置逐步实现微机化和集成化,对周围电磁环境要求也越来越高。变电站内一次设备众多,高电压等级的一次设备在正常运行和故障时均会对变电站二次系统产生干扰。本文结合以往研究资料首先对变电站内常见的干扰源和传播途径进行分析和归类。对变电站一次设备遭受雷击、一次设备发生接地短路和断路器或隔离开关开合操作三种变电站内对二次系统影响最大的干扰源的产生机理和传播途径进行分析,从理论层面推导得到变电站二次系统等电位接地是减小二次系统干扰的有效手段。然后在理论基础上结合工程施工实际情况提出变电站二次系统等电位接地网敷设原则,从变电站二次系统、户外端子箱、室内保护屏柜、二次电缆及相关设备和交流二次回路五个方面提出相应等电位接地网敷设中应遵循的原则和施工方法。最后对某500kV变电站保护误动案例进行分析,验证本原则的有效性。

【Abstract】 With the growing popularity of substation automation, relaying protection devices gradually realize computer and integration. Electromagnetic environment around are increasingly high requirements. In a substation, substation primary equipment is numerous, high voltage level primary device in the normal operation and failure both will produce interference to substation secondary system.Firstly, this paper analyzed and classified the common interference sources and interference transmission way based on the previous research material, and analyzed the producing mechanism and transmission way of three kinds of the most influential interference sources for substation secondary system, including substation primary equipment being struck by lightning, primary device making a grounding circuit and breaker or isolating switch opening and closing operation. A substation secondary ground system is an effective way to reduce secondary system interference deduced from the theoretical level. Then combined with the actual construction situation, this paper proposed laid principle of substation secondary grounding grid system. From substation secondary system, outdoor terminal box, indoor protection cabinet, secondary cable related equipment and a.c secondary circuit five aspects this paper put forward principles must be followed and construction methods in the grounding grid laying. Finally, this paper analyzed the protection malfunction case of a500kV substation to verify the validity of this principle
