配电网变电站选址定容优化规划

【摘要】 配电网是电力系统中的重要组成部分,深入研究配电网规划理论,对构建安全可靠、运行经济的配电网络来说具有十分重要意义。配电网变电站选址定容规划是配电网规划的重要组成部分,新规划出的变电站的站址和容量是否合理,将直接影响到电力企业运行的经济效益和电网运行的可靠性与安全性。本文从配电网变电站规划方案全寿命周期成本的角度出发,深入研究了全寿命周期成本理论的分析方法,基于该理论建立了配电网变电站选址定容规划的数学模型,模型综合考虑变电站规划方案的初始投资成本、运行成本、维护成本、故障成本、废弃处置成本,以及地理信息与电气信息的约束条件,使得规划方案在顾及各项约束条件时既满足经济最优,又兼顾一定的可靠性水平。在广泛阅读国内外配电网规划相关文献的基础上,总结以往的研究成果,通过比较,最后选择了粒子群算法作为变电站选址定容的求解算法。基于以往学者在粒子群优化算法理论方面的研究,本文提出了基于聚类分析结合粒子随机进化方法的改进策略得到均值聚类随机改进粒子群算法,通过标准测试函数对改进算法的寻优能力的测试证明了改进算法的优越性,并将其作为变电站选址定容规划模型的求解算法。最后,将ArcGIS的空间分析功能(位置约束)引入到规划模型中,得到满足实际地理约束的新建站址。基于Microsoft Visual Studio2005开发平台,利用C#语言与ArcGIS Engine组件开发了配电网变电站选址定容优化规划程序,并通过某规划区实例规划进行验证,证明了本文所提方法正确,规划结果科学合理,该方法具有一定的实用价值。
【Abstract】 Distribution network is an important part of the overall power system. It has very important significance to research the Distribution network planning theory deeply for construct the safe and reliable, economic distribution network. Substation locating and sizing planning is an important part of the distribution network planning, Whether the location and size of substation is reasonable, it will directly affect economic of the operation benefits of the electric power enterprise and the operation of the electric network reliability and safety. From the perspective of the life cycle cost of distribution network substation planning project, deeply research the life cycle cost theory of analysis method, based on this theory established the mathematical model of distribution network substation locating and sizing. Model considers planning scheme of substation initial investment cost, operation cost, maintenance cost, fault cost, disposal cost, and both considers the electrical information and geographic information contraints, to make the planning scheme both meet economic optimum and all kinds of constraints and also certain reliability level. On the based of domestic and foreign relevant research literature, summarizes previous research results, through comparison, finally chose particle swarm algorithm as the solution of algorithm.Based on the other scholars’theoretical study in particle swarm algorithm, put forward based on the clustering analysis and swarm random evolution as improvement of the particle swarm algorithm. Through testing of functions to proved optimization ability of this algorithm get improvement, and take it as model of substation locating and sizing planning’s solving algorithm. Finally, Using ArcGIS’s space analysis function (position constraint) to make the planning satisfied the geographical constraints. Based on Microsoft Visual Studio2005development platform, using C#language and ArcGIS Engine components to develop the distribution network substation locating and sizing optimization software, and through an area validation planning of location and sizing to prove the proposed method of this paper is correct and effective, planning results scientific and feasible, has an certain pratical value.
