基于IGCC的CO2减排系统及其经济性评价研究

【摘要】 近年来,来自国际范围内的CO2减排压力与能源危机迫使人们努力寻求减排CO2的新技术。我国煤炭消费以工业为主,其中发电用煤占总量的54.7%,而IGCC为电厂减排CO2提供了便利条件。因此本文对减排CO2的IGCC系统的研究具有重要的现实意义。本文通过Aspen Plus流程模拟软件建立了拥有CO2捕集装置的IGCC (IGCC-Capture)系统模型,基于IGCC及IGCC-Capture系统模型,结合建设项目财务评价方法对其进行了技术经济性评价,得出总投资、比投资、发电成本、减排成本、总成本费用(年平均)、财务净现值、内部收益率等经济性评价指标,在现有规定、材料费用及取费标准下IGCC电站及IGCC-Capture电站在经济上均不能盈利,即项目均不可行。对IGCC-Capture系统进行单因素敏感性分析,考虑到理论上最敏感因素和现实中电煤价格变化较大的现况,对系统继续进行经济性计算得出可盈利的临界电价为0.553元/kWh或临界煤价为435元/吨。该电价可以为IGCC-Capture标杆电价提供据。对超临界火电厂燃烧后捕集CO2进行经济性分析,并与IGCC-Capture系统经济性分析结果相比较,结果表明无论减排与否IGCC电站的总投资和比投资均大于PC电站,然而减排后IGCC电站的发电效率降低值、发电成本和减排成本均低于PC电站。

【Abstract】 In recent years, the pressure of CO2emission reduction from the international and the energy crisis force people to seek for new technology for CO2emission reduction. China’s coal consumption is mainly for industry, and coal for power generation is up to54.7%of the total. While IGCC provides the convenience for CO2emission reduction in power plant. So study on IGCC system for CO2emission reduction, has important realistic meanings in this paper.In this paper, based on the process simulator——Aspen Plus simulator, the models of IGCC-Capture are established. Combined with the construction project financial evaluation method, economical evaluation criterions of the models such as total investment、than investment generation cos、emission reduction cost、total cost (average annual cost)、financial net present value、internal rate of return, are getted by technical economy evaluation. So IGCC and IGCC with CO2capture are not profitable is feasible in economy in the sxisting rules Material costs and fees standard.Single factor sensitivity analysis for IGCC-Capture system, and in view of the most sensitive factor in theoretically and power coal price variable in reality, by economic calculation, we can get the conclution that if it need profitable, the critical electricity price is RMB0.553per kWh or critical coal prices is RMB435per ton. And this electricity price can provide the basis for benchmarking electricity price of IGCC-Capture.Economic analysis of CO2capture after combustion in supercritical power plant, and Compared with the result getted by economic analysis on IGCC-Capture system, the results show that no matter whether or not emission reduction, its total investment and than investment of IGCC power plant are greater than the PC plant. however, for IGCC, after emission reduction, its reduction value of generation efficiency、generation cost、 emission reduction cost are all lower than PC power station.
