基于需求侧管理的电动汽车能量调控机制研究

【摘要】 随着电动汽车的普及,将有大量电动汽车接入电网,而大量的电动汽车进行充电必将带来新一轮电网负荷的快速增长,假如任由其无序随机充电,缺乏与电网的双向能量互动,将对电网的安全运行、有功平衡和频率控制带来严重挑战。如何对电动汽车进行能量管理,实现电动汽车与电网的良性互动,不仅可有效提升电动汽车行业的竞争力,推动电动汽车产业快速发展,而且有助于提高电网运行的安全稳定性和经济效益。本文充分采用需求侧管理的各种措施,对电动汽车的充放电进行能量管理,使电动汽车与电网良性互动。首先基于电动汽车的充电方式和用途的不同,将充放电负荷分为四种:分散充电桩充放电负荷、公交车充电站负荷、快充电站充电负荷和换电站负荷四种类型,并对其负荷特性进行详细分析;其次针对电动汽车大量随机广泛接入电网后的无序充放电问题,借鉴电网能量管理的思路,提出建立电动汽车能量管理系统对电动汽车的充放电行为进行有序管理的思路,设计电动汽车能量管理系统的框架,并针对四种不同的电动汽车充放电负荷特性进行了能量管理机制的设计;最后针对分散的电动汽车充电桩的充电随机性强,分布范围广的特点,采用峰谷分时电价对电动汽车充电桩负荷进行管理,分析峰谷分时电价对电动汽车充电桩充电负荷的影响,并且考虑V2G模式下电动汽车充电桩负荷对峰谷分时电价的响应结果。

【Abstract】 With rapid development of electric vehicle industry and construction of charging pile, charging station and battery swapping station, the relationship between electric vehicles and power grid are getting more and more complex. Therefore, how to avoid the negative influence caused by randomly charging and discharging power after extensive electric vehicles accessing to grid and effectively use large-scale energy storage effect have become an urgent problem.Consequently, an attempt is adopted to solve the problems mentioned above by studying the clustered model and energy management of large-scale electric vehicles to grid.Firstly, based on the analysis of mode and characteristic of electric vehicles’ charging and discharging, the load characteristics of electric vehicles in different charging and discharging mode is analyzed; Secondly, demand side management is used to induct electric vehicles’ charging and discharging behaviors, so as to achieve the complementary synergy between electric vehicles and other power sources with different characteristic; Lastly, time of use price is used to manage the load of charging pile in order to guide electric vehicle orderly charged and discharged.
