分数阶控制器及其在风力发电机组中的应用研究

【摘要】 本文主要从分数阶微积分控制器相关理论、风力发电系统建模及分数阶控制器在风力发电中的应用三方面展开讨论。首先从分数阶微积分的数学定义推导出分数阶微积分的数值表达式,对比整数阶控制系统及整数阶控制器,介绍了分数阶控制系统及分数阶控制器,并运用分数阶微积分数学关系建立了分数阶控制系统仿真模型,探讨了分数阶控制器参数变化对控制效果的影响,以及对整数阶控制器和分数阶控制器的控制效果进行了仿真对比。然后在风力发电系统建模部分主要介绍了风力机和双馈异步发电机的基本原理,推导出了其数学模型,并进行MATLAB仿真。同时,介绍了风力发电过程中最大功率跟踪策略及有功功率、无功功率解耦控制策略,构建了整个风力发电系统模型。最后在分数阶控制器在风力发电中的应用部分结合前面两部分内容,将分数阶控制器运用于风力发电控制系统中。通过粒子群优化算法对分数阶控制器参数进行寻优,结果表明,分数阶控制器继承了整数阶控制器运算简单等优点,且控制效果优于整数阶控制器。
【Abstract】 Three aspects are included in this paper, which are the related theory of fractional calculus controller, wind power system modeling and the application of fractional order controller in the wind power generation.Firstly, the fractional calculus numerical expression is deduced from the fractional calculus mathematical definition. Compared with the integer order control system and integer order controllers, the fractional order control system and fractional order controller is introduced. According to the mathematical relationship of fractional calculus, the simulation model of fractional control system is setup, the tunning of fractional order controller parameters is discussed, and the effect of fractional order controller and integer order controller are compared.Secondly, in the chapter of wind power generation system modeling, according to the basic principle of wind machine and doubly-fed induction generator, the simulation models of wind machine and doubly-fed induction generator are built on MATLAB. At the same time, the maximum power point tracking (MPPT) strategy and the active power, reactive power decoupling control strategy of wind power generation process are introduced.Thirdly, in the chapter of fractional order controller’s application in the wind power genaration, the two parts above are combined and the fractional order controller is applied in the wind power generation control system. The parameters of the fractional order controller are searched by particle swarm optimization algorithm. The simulation result shows that fractional order controller inherited integer order controller’s advantages, such as simple operation, and the control effect is better than integer order controllers.
