大跨径连续梁桥支座更换的研究

【摘要】 目前,在八十年代建成的许多桥梁都面临维修加固问题。梁式桥梁在投入运营二十年后,出现了各种病害情况,这就使得必须对其进行加固维修后方能继续保证结构的安全,因此,桥梁维修加固已经成为目前设计、施工人员新的研究热点。其中支座出现病害现象特别突出,如,橡胶支座日趋老化,钢板支座锈蚀失效,桥梁支座橡胶老化破损开裂失去应有的抗震滑动作用,而产生的桥梁结构性破坏,但实际的加固工程中,支座的病害往往被忽视。因此,必须对连续梁桥支座的更换的进行深入研究。目前在国内公开发表的中文文献中,支座更换的研究主要重点在针对小跨径桥梁的同步顶升技术,以及相应的施工措施,对跨径达到50m的连续T梁较少涉及。本文结合佛山三洪奇大桥(42.5+4×54+42.5)预应力连续T梁支座更换的工程实际问题,通过建立有限元模型,对纵向逐墩、横向同步顶升的支座更换方法,通过在不同工况下支座顶升的受力分析,研究支座更换过程中对上部结构及下部结构的影响,为确保该桥梁的支座更换设计的安全可靠提高保证。分析结果表明:采用纵向多点逐墩、横向同步顶升的支座更换方法合理可行,上下部结构安全均能得到保证根据本文的研究结果,可较为合理地确定顶升方案、顶升高度,据此可有效地对施工进行控制,计算方法方法和施工经验可供同类工程参考。

【Abstract】 Nowadays, many bridges which were built in the1980’s are in need of repair andreinforcement. Girder bridges have been in operation for twenty years and various problemsoccurred. Therefore, the reinforcement and maintenance must be conducted in order to ensurethe safety of the structures. The bridge repair and reinforcement has been a new researchhotspot for designers and constructers. The phenomenon of the bearing disease is especiallyprominent. For example, the rubber bearing ageing, the steel bearing erosion and failure, theageing and cracking of the bridge bearing rubber make the bridge lose the anti-seismic slidingaction, which will potentially damage the bridge structures. However, in the practicalreinforcement project, the disease of bearing is often neglected. Therefore, the replacement ofthe continuous beam bridge bearing must be taken into consideration for study.In the published Chinese Literature, the research of bearing replacement mainly focuseson the small span bridge synchronous jack-up technology and the corresponding constructionmethods. The continuous T shaped-beam bridge whose span reaches50meters is lessinvolved.In the paper, the Sanhongqi Bridge in Foshan City was analyzed. The span combinationis (42.5+4×54+42.5) meter with the prestressed concrete continuous T shaped-beam bridgeand bearing replacement of the actual engineering problem was studied. Through theestablishment of finite element model, the bearing replacement method of longitudinal pierand lateral synchronous jack-up, and through force analysis of bearing jack-up in differentworking conditions, the upper structure and the lower structure influence in bearingreplacement process were studied in order to guarantee the bridge bearing replacement designis safe and reliable. The analysis results revealed that the longitudinal pier and horizontalsynchronous jack-up bearing replacement method are feasible and the safety of upperstructure and the lower structure can be guaranteed.According to the research results of this paper, the jack-up scheme and the jack-up heightcan be reasonably determined and accordingly construction can be controlled effectively. The calculation method and construction experience can guide similar project.
