【摘要】 农业是一种对生态环境和自然资源产生强大依赖性和重要影响力的基础性产业，其能否实现可持续发展在一定程度上影响着甚至决定着人类经济社会能否实现可持续发展。但是传统的农业生产方式使得农业的发展面临重重困境。目前，农业生产所面临的最大矛盾就是农业生产需要与自然资源容量和环境承载力之间的矛盾。具体的表现主要有：农业生产力低下，不可再生资源的不断减少，环境受到严重的污染等。对此，人们逐渐意识到了传统农业生产方式所暴露出来的弊端，并反思如何使农业可持续发展成为可能。于是，发展农业循环经济这一新鲜事物随之出现。现如今，农业循环经济已成为当前农业发展的潮流和趋势。本文搜集寿光市的农业发展资料，采用SWOT分析方法分析发展农业循环经济的优势、劣势、机遇和挑战，对农业发展条件做出相对完整的分析。该分析结果是进行发展农业循环经济建议的基础；根据SWOT的分析结果，利用生态学原理、生态经济学理论、系统论理论以及可持续发展理论，按照循环经济的原则和发展目标，提出农业循环经济的发展模式，并对其可行性进行分析和验证。本文对寿光市以高效率的产业链条、农工商一体化的发展模式、资源得到综合利用和再生资源回收体系为主要内容的现状进行了总结，对农业循环经济发展面临的问题进行了分析，构建了畜牧业粪便、农作物残留循环利用，利用畜牧业肥料、渔业泥塘发展林业和旅游业——生态农业循环发展为主要内容的寿光市农业循环经济发展主导模式。从而实现了高效利用自身的优势以“高效率、低能耗、低污染”来发展农业，提高寿光市乃至山东半岛蓝色经济区的发展速度和质量，对寿光市甚至山东省的社会经济的可持续发展具有重要的意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Agriculture is a kind of the ecological environment and natural resources todevelop a strong dependence and important influential basic industry, therealization of the sustainable development in a certain extent influence and evendecide the realization of human economic and social sustainable development.But the traditional agricultural production mode makes the development ofagriculture confronted with many difficulties. At present, agricultural productionand facing the contradiction is the largest agricultural production need andnatural resources capacity and the contradiction between the environmentalbearing capacity. Specific performance mainly include: agricultural productivityis low, the continuous decrease of non-renewable resources, the environment isserious pollution, etc. To this, people gradually became aware of the traditionalagricultural production ways of exposed defects, and reflect on how to make theagricultural sustainable development become possible. So, the development of agricultural circular economy the fresh things appears. Nowadays, theagricultural circular economy has become the current agricultural developmenttrend and the trend.In this paper, the ShouGuangShi with high efficiency industrial chain, theeco-industrial integration development pattern, the resources get comprehensiveutilization and recovery of renewable resources system as the main content issummarized, the agriculture circular economy development are faced with theproblem was analyzed, and constructs the livestock excrement, crop residuesrecycling, the use of animal husbandry fertilizer, fishery bog developmentforestry and tourism, ecological agriculture circulation development as the maincontents of the ShouGuangShi agriculture circulation economy to thedevelopment of the dominant mode.
