【摘要】 随着信息技术在管理上深入而广泛的应用，管理信息系统的实施在技术上逐步成熟。管理信息系统逐步发展为一门新型学问，要生存和发展，就必须加强信息管理，实现各活动能低成本高效率地运作，具体表现为加强对内部的各种资源（人、财、物等）的有效管理，建立与自身特点相适应的管理信息系统。图书管理系统的开发是为了满足图书管理员、图书馆工作人员和借阅者三方面的需要，提高图书查询，图书入库和借阅信息查询的效率。本文对图书管理系统的开发过程进行了简明的介绍，结合软件工程的全过程分析了开发图书管理系统所进行的工作。目前我校图书馆拥有高性能的计算机，但是尚未用于信息管理，本图书管理系统的开发的目的就是为了合理利用现有的资源，为图书馆的图书管理提供方便快捷的查询管理方式，实现低成本高效能的图书管理。系统采用模块化程序开发方式，开发平台为Windows XP+Visual FoxPro6.0。SQL作为后台数据库开发工具。本系统主要完成的功能有：（1）设定用户的操作权限和登录方法（2）借阅者维护个人部分信息（3）借阅者查看个人借阅情况信息（4）维护借阅者个人密码（5）用户查询及统计各种信息（6）管理员维护图书信息（7）管理员维护工作人员和管理员信息（8）管理员维护借阅者信息（9）处理数据库信息的完整性（10）对借阅过期的图书生成报表。更多还原

Development is alsousing the database design and SQL language analysis. And further applicationdevelopment tools Visual FoxPro development. SQL in the application of Visual FoxProdatabase programming, and other key technologies on the system. The system of aspecific program design. Library management will bring great convenience.
