兖矿煤化公司物料管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 煤化工行业在最近几年发展迅速，各大煤炭生产企业向煤化工投入巨资，占领本行业的一席之地，在此背景之下，煤化工行业得到了快速发展。在日后的运行之中，各企业之间竞争趆来趆激烈。如何降低本行业的生产成本，为社会提供优质产品成为目前各企业进行内部控制的重点。经综合分析，产品的材料成本占总成本的30%。加强物资管理，是实现降耗增赢的有效方式。本文在充分调研煤化公司的物资供应管理现状，通过物料管理系统企业内部顾问收集分析各单位需求，优化业务流程。对煤化公司物资供应业务在公司级层面进行规划和设计，对需求计划、采购管理、库存管理、仓库管理等不同功能模块从煤化公司层面进行管理。各生产单位设置为公司的生产工厂，实现对全公司的生产所需要物料集中采购、统一配送，盘活全公司的库存物资，加强内部工厂与工厂之间的调拨，降低公司的物资储备资金，加强物资供应与管理工作。降低材料生产成本。本项目的成功实施，有效地管理煤化公司的物资供应工作；储备资金从以前的15亿元降低到8亿元；实现了物资信息的共享，各工厂物资的调剂更加高效；公司统一采购也降低了物资采购成本；管理信息化向前迈出坚实的一步。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of the coal chemical industry in recent years, big coalproduction enterprises invested to the coal chemical industry，and occupied a place ofthe industry，In this background，the coal chemical industry has been developed rapidly.The competition between enterprises will become more and more fierce in the future. Itis the internal control key point to how to reduce the production cost of the industry andprovide society with high quality products for the each enterprise at present. Thematerial cost of product count to total cost by30%through the comprehensive analysis.So strengthen material management, which is an effective way to increase and win.Based on the thorough investigation of the coal chemical company material supplymanagement status, through the material management system internal consultants tocollect and analysis the each unit needs, to optimize business process. The article plansand designs in the level of the leader about the business of the coal chemical companymaterial supply, and manages the different function module of demand planning,procurement management, warehouse management, inventory management and so onfrom the coal chemical company.
