【摘要】 本文以辽河油田办公自动化系统为开发背景，制定了基于工作流的办公自动化系统的设计方案，运用工作流和Web服务开发技术，采用B/S(浏览器/服务器)模式，建立一个基于工作流的办公自动化系统。系统目标就是通过建立办公自动化系统，以改善办公条件与环境，减轻工作人员负担，提高办公质量和工作效率，加快管理工作规范化、科学化、网络化的进程。分析传统工作流技术在各个方面存在的不足，首先分析了Web服务技术与工作流技术结合的可能性，之后具体介绍了二者的结合方式与过程。分析对于办公自动化工作流系统的需求情况，了解了项目的背景以及系统设计的目标，对于功能模块以及工作流引擎的需求也进行了阐述。在功能模块分析过程中，主要介绍了5个模块的具体需求。设计了基于工作流的办公自动化系统，对系统的软硬件结构以及系统架构进行了设计，详细设计了个人办公、公文管理、人事管理和档案管理四个模块的主要功能和流程。采用基于工作流技术实现办公自动化系统，工作流系统中的公文流转流程实现是本文的核心。对本文实现的工作流系统进行各方面的测试工作，包括功能以及性能方面的测试。本文对工作流的基本概念和工作流管理系统的功能和体系结构进行了研究。由于工作流引擎的设计部分是本文的核心部分，所以重点公文收发以及流转的功能进行了具体阐述，并提出了相应的护理策略。然后针对本课题的研究背景，提出了系统的设计原则，设计目标以及各功能模块的具体实现。通过测试结果表明，办公自动化工作流具有灵活的流程定制功能，能提供正确的流程运转支持，并且配置使用简便。然后对已实现的工作流系统的性能进行了评估，评估得出了工作流系统达到了本课题的研究目的的结论。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Liaohe Oilfield office automation system for the development of backgroundto develop the use of workflow technology and Web services development, officeautomation system based on workflow design, a B/S (browser/server) mode, theestablishment of a workflow-basedoffice automation system. The system goal is theestablishment of the office automation system to improve the working conditions andthe environment, reducing the burden on the staff, improve work quality and workefficiency, accelerate the standardization of management, scientific, networking process.Analysis of the shortcomings of traditional workflow technology in all aspects of thefirst analysis of Web services and workflow technology combined with the possibility,after a specific combination of the two way process. Analysis of the demand for officeautomation workflow system, to understand the background of the project as well as thegoal of the system design, function modules, as well as the needs of the workflowengine were discussed. In the analysis of the functional modules, mainly the the fivemodules specific are needed. Design a workflow-based office automation system, thestructure of the system’s hardware and software as well as system architecture design,detailed design of a personal office, document management, personnel management,and file management module functions and processes. Office automation system basedon workflow technology, document flow processes in the workflow system is the coreof this article. All aspects of testing, including the testing of the functionality andperformance of the workflow system implemented in this article..This thesis makes an introduction to the basic concept of workflow as well asthefunction and structure of workflow management system.Seeing that the design ofworkflow engine constitutes the core of this thesis,we then focus ourselves on theprocess modeling scheme and control model design of workflow engine.We explicateon the process control algorithm and solutions to system anomaly.After that,on the basisof our research background,we put forward the design principle,functional requirementand design goal of the system.Test shows that OA work flow boasts flexible processcustomization,correct process operation and convenient configuration.Our work flow model has been proved applicable through evaluation.更多还原
