教育档案装备管理信息系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 目前国内教育档案装备管理信息系统，对流程模式的不断改造缺乏开放性、持续性和可扩展性，不能适应当前动态规划改革的需求。一方面，目前的软件大多强调电子化档案管理中的功能问题，对发展变化兼顾不够，带来资源重用、软件维护、可扩展、可持续性等多方面的困难。另一方面，采用第三方构件扩展己有系统时，往往存在第三方插件与已有系统数据异构的问题。异构数据集成是电子化档案管理信息系统在当前和今后需要面对和解决的重要问题。本文以电子化档案管理系统在都匀市教育局的实施与应用为背景，结合教育局档案管理实际需求开发了基于Web的电子化档案管理信息系统。本文首先从电子化档案管理的特点及国内外研究现状进行论述，针对教育局管理中存在的有关档案、设备、学校的基础信息了需求分析分散、孤立、滞后和封闭的状态，提出了利用XML技术以及Web Service技术有效的进行数据集成，提高工作效率和准确性的方法。同时还利用MD5加密算法对账户的密码进行了加密，并在原有的基础上对MD5算法进行了简单改进，另外针对于系统用户的需要，实现了数据库的备份功能。最后还规范了都匀市教育局档案和装备编码，为教育局全面信息化管理打下了基础。该系统的应用，实现了较容易地对各数据源的描述以及不同数据源之间的数据转换等功能。同时，该系统的实施也为教育局实施全面资产管理做了有益的尝试，有效地解决了教育装备档案管理中多方面复杂信息的管理工作，提高了办公效率和信息的有效利用。该系统的开发和成功应用，适应业务流程改进、业务模式再造的需求，适应当前软件系统开放性、持续性、兼容性发展趋势，降低了管理成本，提升管理效率，具有重要的现实意义和理论意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 The domestic electronic file management platform in primary and secondaryschools currently lack durative, extensibility and compatibility. Therefore, they can’tqualify for the dynamic situation when encountered with the reforms and reengineering.On One hand, the current electronic profile management platform in primary andsecondary schools usually pay more attention on the aspects of function and take littleconsideration on the development, which leads to the difficulty of the maintenance andreuse. On the other hand, when the third-side components are used to upgrade theelectronic profile management platform in primary and secondary schools, the problemof heterogeneousness between data sources often cumbers its performing. Theintegration of heterogeneous data sources in electronic profile management platform inprimary and secondary schools is considered to be the troublesome handicap.Profile manage is the most part in the management of the organizations andcompanies. Based on world advanced profile management theory and pattern, it is avery important way for the organizations and companies to improve those managementlevels by create a profile management information system. Meanwhile, the system alsois a efficient method to solve the problem such as the lack and incompletion of base data,information separation etc...This thesis based on electronic profile management system in Dunyun City Bureauof Education and the implementation of the application, considering the actual needs ofthe Department of Education profile management, discussed the development ofWeb-based electronic records management information systems. First of all, this articlefrom the electronic profile management and the characteristics of the status quo at homeand abroad to conduct research on, the Bureau of Education for the management of theexistence of the relevant files, equipment, school-based analysis of the informationneeds of the scattered, isolated, and behind a closed state, made use of XML WebService technology, and technology for effective data integration, improve efficiencyand accuracy.Meanwhile, it makes some improvement on the MD5algorithm, which is used toencrypt the passwords of the account. It also implements the function of the DatabaseBackup, in order to meet the requirement of the system users. It makes the files ofDunyun City Bureau of Education and encoding of equipment more regular, builds thefoundation of the comprehensive information management in the Bureau of Education. This system, realized it easier to describe the various data sources, as well as betweenthe different data sources, such as data conversion function. At the same time, thesystem’s implementation of the Bureau of Education for the implementation of acomprehensive asset management has done a good try.The system accords with the development trend of software systems, such asopening, sustainability and compatibility, reduce the cost of management and improvethe competence and productivity of organizations and companies.
